Very strange location, never open when we go anymore, and when it was, our experience was similar to a lot of others on here… Very weird that all the other fast food chains in the area are functioning just fine. What’s going on here DQ? Photo included to show their posted hours, despite them but being true. The door is locked, no one is answering the drive through. Also the speaker is busted so it’s nearly impossible to communicate through drive through. Does the district manager know what’s going on at this location?

Glad it’s a DQ here in Baltimore! Simply went here and got an Oreo Blizzard. The only thing that weirded me out was when the server came to gove me my ice cream, he took it and turned the whole cup of ice cream upside down. I don’t know if thats what they’re supposed to do to show the ice cream is in good shape or what but that was my 1st time seeing that and was legit confused. Besides that, the Blizzard was incredible as expected. Presentation wasn’t the best but i didn’t care. The taste was nostalgic!

Come on now, as many reviews as I do, I can’t believe I have to do DQ like this. It truly depends on what neighborhood you are in, they treated us bad. Blizzard was a milkshake, fries were a kids portion…. I’m scared to open the chili dogs. You can bet, I’ll never spend another dime there. Can’t believe this was at one time my favorite go to restaurant.

Each time I go to Dairy Queen its a problem. May 5,2022 went through the drive through to purchase a combo, my fries were cold. I drove back to make a complaint, instead they gave me burnt hard fries. Smh

The Cotton Candy Blizzard is back at DQ.
I love this sweet treat. We went through the drive thru. I wanted to eat inside but it looked closed. Apparently it was open but I decided to stay in the Car. My Friend got pretzel sticks and a slushie. Service was great! Very fast!

i really enjoyed this place. The ice cream is really good and so were the fries. One thing i noticed is how bad customers would treat these employees. I felt really bad for one of the workers when an older lady was trying to make this a 5 star restaurant. These people do NOT get the credit they deserve because those people that come in expecting something beyond what their supposed to. It’s just sad because we all know they are just trying to do their best. And another thing is that people CANNOT read signs that are put up at all!!! Then come in with an attitude when the employees mention the sign!!

Ordered two large oreo blizzards through grubhub. They arrived quickly but were small cinnamon snickerdoodle blizzards. Paid over $20 for them. I called to see how to get the correct order and the girl told me to get a refund from grubhub then hung up on me. I definitely don’t recommend them, ESPECIALLY if you plan on using a food ordering service. Waste of time and money unfortunately.

This used to be my favorite location. But they have consistently screwed up my order lately and I wish there was another location close by! I get things I didn’t want on my sandwiches often, got a peanut butter-filled Blizzard when ordering an Oreo one (didn’t notice until I was home), and the worst – got a bacon stackburger Monday, requested no onions, tomatoes & pickles; got extra of all of those and no bacon. Again, drive-through so I didn’t pick it apart, but no bacon on a bacon burger?! Disappointing.
