This is my second time experiencing issues with this McDonald’s. I guess that’s my sign not to return. I had to tell the girl taking orders in the drive thru to add mac sauce to my sandwich several times AFTER she kept asking. I picked up the sandwich and it was no Mac sauce. Cross contamination— they took the sandwich back, added Mac sauce and gave it to me. I had hell of Mac sauce on this sandwich. I guess I got in their nerves???? The first time, I asked for a sprite and got seltzer water. The guy had an attitude and started getting smart with me. I had to ask for the manager to get a replacement drink since he lied and said it was no more lemons and whole time it was.

I’m impressed with the service today. I used to pickup Grubhub deliveries here, it was okay. Now I’m eating here and it feels different. I think it’s the staff, they are really helpful and pretty much gave me whatever I asked for. [A boy toy exchanged for girl]. Great choice with this 7:45pm crew.

The experience I had this morning at this McDonald’s was disappointing enough to speak on. After working a 12-hour overnight shift in healthcare, I stopped by hoping to grab a quick breakfast before heading home. Unfortunately, the service at the drive-thru window was anything but welcoming. The employee was extremely impatient and rude, making the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant.
When I drove back around to speak with a manager, I was met with even more indifference. The manager looked visibly overworked and made no effort to understand what happened or address the issue. She seemed disengaged before I even opened my mouth.
Customer service is a basic expectation, especially at a franchise where people are often coming through after long shifts or on tight schedules. I’m not sure who’s responsible for training at this location, but both the drive-thru employee and the manager could benefit from a refresher on how to treat customers with respect and empathy.
After a long night caring for others, this was the last thing I needed. Do better.

They mixed up the order so we had to wait like 20 mins. Then the food was barely done…I’m so over McDonalds, never going back…it is not rocket science making sure that a burger is done.

Whole place is filthy, from the gum, mud, urine, and toilet paper strewn all over the bathroom, to napkins and fries on the floor in the lobby. You can tell the manager doesn’t care about customer experience, at all. Compare this to the McDonalds on Greenmount, which is in a worse neighborhood, but much, much cleaner and brighter.

I would give a 0 star if I had the option I ordered online and went to pick up my order. I ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich(5.39 each) and 20 piece spicy chicken nuggets, found out they gave me 2 spicy mcChicken which is only 1.89 each. I have to work so I couldn’t go back, I tried to call the location but no one picked up. This is ridiculous. I ordered online wanting to try the new sandwich. THIS IS A RIP OFF. Don’t come to this location unless if you want your order messed up.
