To whoever made my food at 02/01/2026 01:54 pm, my chalupa was immaculate. I come to this location frequently and get a box just for that taco. The shell was beautifully cooked, not too hard while still maintaining a crispy crunch. And my chicken and sour cream spread was gorgeous. Honestly, one of the best if not the best chalupas I’ve ever received (even after the fact that I picked it up like 15 minutes after it was made.) I wish I could thank this person by name, but whoever you are just know that I noticed and appreciate your craftsmanship. Thank you.

This place is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had for service. The food like all Taco bells is mediocre but it’s good to have every so often. But when you wait for 15 minutes for someone to answer you at the drive-thru when there’s no cars even being serviced at the windows, then it just shows how little they feel about customer service. If it was an isolated incident, I wouldn’t really be leaving a review. But this happens quite often. So now I just go to tunis down the Normandy. Better food, better portions, better service

I was very pleased with my order. I ordered 2 Surpreme Lux Box, Discovery Luxe Box, for under 10$ each, with several items inside, cinnamon twists, plus a drink. Just a heads up there was no avacado in sight, and that’s the reason I ordered the Avocado Ranch Taco. Other than that, service was acceptional, no items misplaced or wrong orders. Great Job Taco Bell!

This Taco Bell sucks when it comes to picking up DoorDash. You’ll end up waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes for an order which is completely ridiculous. They’re always short of staff and they seem to never acknowledge when you walk up to the window.

Over 50% of the time our mobile orders are incorrect. Have addressed issues with the GM Emily. She seemed to have a pretty positive attitude the first time I talked to her about a month ago. But when I talk to her today, it seems like she doesn’t care and has given up as well. I’m done paying for food that is made incorrectly. The attitudes and the food quality are terrible at this location.

They are polite, hard working, clean and just generally on point with this establishment! To compare it to other Taco Bells I have visited, they are the same. I have never had a wrong order or missed anything in any order I have ever placed at any Taco Bell! Also, I do not visit any of them nearly enough to even chance the potential error that most undoubtedly must occur at some point at any and every restaurant in existence ever throughout history! Well, at least on this planet.

We just picked up our dinner. And they had put the wrong sticker on our order so we went in and they corrected it quickly though we had the right combo from the start we hadn’t opened the box . I only gave 4 stars bc they had put sour cream on my friends burrito and my sons so they didn’t eat part of their meals. On the bright side my mini salads were delicious. Overall rating bc if mix up around 3.5 to 4.

I spent 60.00 dollars at this place and it’s the most messy crap I’ve ever seen. Cantina chicken taco has nothing in it. Ask for no tomatoes everything has tomatoes on it. Just pathetic!
