Got back from starting my car, wasting my gas after a hectic day with kids to grab a bite for my wife and i. Something simple and open at this time. I order food, am told to wait and feeling thankful thinking, “great -fresh food”. -Nope, everything was nasty. My $5 meal, nuggets were toast(literally), SANDWICH flooded with mayo, fries nice and chewy and the best part of all, the one person i convince to give them one more chance, my wife, gets the nastiest quarterpounder you could have served!!! IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, THEN QUIT!!! I’M HERE TRYING TO SOLVE A PROBLEM AT HOME NOT KNOWING I’VE JUST WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO JUST THROW IT AWAY(LITERALLY)!!! If you don’t see a problem with that, you found your answer!!! Check your staff by shift, it’s Dec 1st now Dec 2nd because clock struck midnight, but Dec 1st 1130pm. Check who is on this shift and have a little talk with them ABOUT TREATING CUSTOMERS FOOD WHO PAY REAL MONEY TO BE SERVED QUALITY!!! LOOK AT WHERE YOUR STORE SITS, WE DON’T REPRESENT THIS TRASH!!! Absolutely no reason why people should have to come through the drive-through and then go park in a spot. It’s called a drive-through not a drive park and weight. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Because they’re so worried about their drive-through times I watched my food sit on the counter for 10 minutes before somebody brought it out to my car and when I got my food, it was cold I mean, I expect this type of incompetence from uneducated people working in the fast food industry especially McDonald’s but I mean come on not only do you waste my time having me park you can’t Bring my food to me correctly or even hot for that matter

I specifically asked for no salt on my fries due to my high blood pressure problems, and I got extra salt on my fry order. Very upset and uncalled for.

Place and food is okay and employees are nice but doesn’t really qualify as “fast food” if I have to end up waiting in a parking spot every time I order in the drive thru.

The employees are rude no matter the time of day you get here, whether it’s 1 person in the drive-thru or 40 all they do is push you aside and make you wait in a parking spot for 20 minutes to get your food. This place is ridiculous. I’m going to start driving up to the one 10 minutes away to avoid this place.

This McDonald’s stepped up their game. Quick service, clean and convenient kiosk if that’s your thing! Only downfall is there seems to be some language barriers and when they go on break, they’re sitting next to us, speaking in Spanish very loud so it makes it a little odd when you’re trying to eat.

Sometimes during the curbside pickup they take awhile and sometimes they’re out in an instant.
Most of the time the food is good but when you order watch out for the codes!
Today on 7/16/23 they gave my father and I an out of code apple pie. I would’ve been happy waiting for them to cook a fresh one. They didn’t do thier job right and risked getting 2 people sick this morning. On top of that, instad of being so hot I couldn’t eat it, like it usually is… it was lukewarm when we recieved our pies which means they were either sitting out, or the warmers weren’t working right.

Don’t bother with drive thru. They ALWAYS tell you to pull up. I haven’t actually gotten my food through the drive thru the last 10 times I’ve been there. They also always forget my sauce . Otherwise, I would’ve given this location a perfect score.

Ordered late night dinner through the McDonalds app, instead of getting a decent experience I ended up missing half of my order and when I went to enjoy the food I did receive, my burger was completely undercooked. I called to inform them that the meal was undercooked to try and avoid someone else having the same issue, however the person that answered the phone was rude and when I told them what was going on I was hung up on. I will not be going back to this location.
