Food was cheap, but kinda see why. Doordashers were nice. Waited almost a full hour for them though but that’s not connected to them it’s the fast foods fault. Mostly upset because I paid $2 for sauces I NEVER received. Don’t charge if you can’t remember to give them.

Very friendly service by Jennifer! We’ll be back. Had both spicy and regular chicken. Tried most of the sides biscuits made in house were wonderful and light brushed with honey butter.

Why does churches in Hammond Louisiana taste better than churches in Brookshire TX? Is it because the chicken tastes like it was cooked within the last 15 minutes? Is it because the chicken is hot and juicy? Is it a different kind of chicken? Maybe it has to do with the time of day that I showed up.
The sides all tastes the same. 2 out of 5 stars. But the chicken is definitely better in Louisiana. I have the definite feeling that it has something to do with how recently the chicken was cooked.
I guess it could also be because this is Easter Sunday in the south. And while most of you are congregating with family, eating a large meal. Some of us who are thousands of miles away from home are eating churches, Texas chicken in Hammond Louisiana.
Thank you to all the hard-working people at this store. I truly do appreciate your effort.

Nice new building. Pathetic service. We ordered online through churches chicken on 8/30. Or confirmation code went through everything processed perfectly fine. I get to the window (at 9:47 after waiting 25 minutes) they tell me they do not have my order that it never came through. No big deal. I ask for a refund. They say they can not do that thay I have to go online. On the website it literally says all refunds come from the store and this is outlined in their policy. So I am now here w0 minutes later outside the store having to call my bank to dispute the charge because the store refuses to issue a refund. Do not waste your time here.

I went through the drive thru at 9:59 am and they told me that they were closed. The only person that they were going to serve was a door dash that hadn’t arrived yet. It’s weird because their hours online says 11pm. It was a total inconvenience for me because I drove like 20 mins to get there and was told that I could not be served.

Went thru the drive through, this young man was very disrespectful and rude… I told them not worry about my order I will not be back… People with smart mouths or have special needs that can’t talk to customers correctly , do not need to be on the intercom taking orders. I will never be back to this location again… Just Bad for business!!!

Had a 3pc tender, thought I must have ordered 3 rubber chickens! Swapped it out for 2 thighs, the worker was very accommodating. Stripped the crust to taste the meat, no bold flavor as advertised, no flavor at all. Took a bite of just crust and again, tasteless. They do a good business and we waited inside for approx 30mins before our food was ready. Will not be back.

I ordered online. Arrived at the restaurant at the time indicated on my order. Fifty minutes later, waiting inside the restaurant, my order was ready. The food was pretty good but not much seasoning – I don’t need spice but there was little to no flavor. The wait time was ridiculous. I’m not sure what happened that night but there was alot of shouting going on in the kitchen area. Didn’t make for a great atmosphere. I’ll be back because I have this one or Denham Springs to choose from. The Denham location is even worse.
