The drinks were fantastic as well. They make a nummy margarita.
We are the calamari and seafood gyozas and they were delicious. I don’t usually love calamari, however, this calamari was really tasty and the sauce was light and savory. They paired together really well.
The restaurant entrance is gorgeous and has a really chill vibe.
I got bar service not dining.
The service was exceptional, miles the bartender made my night. Great conversation and super friendly, with exceptional choices of whiskey for me to try.
Would 100% recommend to everyone.
Our server, Ava, was fantastic! She greeted us right away and brought edamame and water within 30 seconds of us sitting down. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and patiently answered all our questions. The service was impressively fast—our food arrived in under 5 minutes after ordering (granted, it was a Wednesday evening, but they still had a decent number of tables around).
The food was amazing! We started with the Crispy Calamari, which was perfect—not greasy like most places and paired with a fresh salad and a sweet/sour orange dressing that was delicious. We also had a classic California roll (very good!) and a Seattle roll, to which I asked to add cream cheese for a Philadelphia roll vibe—it turned out amazing, with incredibly fresh fish! The green tea tempura dessert was okay—not my favorite, but all the seafood dishes were top-notch.
What really surprised me was the pricing. For such a fancy-looking spot in the historical heart of Seattle, near King Street Station, I expected much higher prices. For everything we ordered—edamame, Crispy Calamari, California roll, Seattle roll, 3 sake salmon sushi, a tea pod, and green tea tempura—the total came to only $71.72 after taxes. It was more than enough food for two people!
Overall, the experience was fantastic. Huge shoutout to Ava—she’s an absolute treasure and made our visit unforgettable! Great customer service is so rare these days, and she truly stood out. Everything was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
