Tried to order a QUICK MEAL – you know, it’s McDonald’s. They were built on the “speedy service” model. And yet, here I sit In reserved drive thru waiting and waiting in a meal for TWO that cost $30. They acted like they were doing me a favor serving me. Okay. No problem. Won’t be back. Ever.

I ordered food before 3:30am and showed up in plenty of time before 3:30am and of cpurse McDonald’s doesn’t give me my food, which I did on the mobile app and was previously paid for. They said they were closed early due to system issues, which they have all the time during the day and told me to come back at 4:15am. I called to try and fix the situation and they hung up on me. I do not recommend.

Well , this is probably the worst service I ever had. I was here to pick up my mobile order and the staff kept telling me I haven’t pay , they didn’t get the order , even I show my credit card record says is already pay . Turns out they don’t know what’s going on with their own app . I really hope google can have a 0 star option . Btw the toy was wrong for kid’s meals.

Horrible service, rude staff. They stand around and talk too much among themselves, instead of paying attention to their customers. I would like to ask what’s the deal with the ketchup bags? I always get them, I don’t like ketchup, I rather get salt. Before I can request for salt, they slam the window in my face. Everytime, then they ignore me, after I get their attention and ask for salt, they are unhappy about interrupting their conversation. Also, watch your reward points, they tend to double and triple charge your points, it took me forever to earn these points, it was all gone in one order, sadly, the order was also wrong. And what happen to diversity or equal employment opportunities? Too many employees from one nationality. Who does the hiring? I tried to see if their service would improve, nothing. So, I stopped going here.

They need to assign someone who can take orders. The first one messed up in the order and the second one (cashier) added two more orders that were not included. It was a drive through and I have to park and get corrected and my refund.

Hi. This is not the first time. You guys take advantage about drive thru and put whatever you want in the bags. Today i request a plain burger in a happy meal and they put onions, cheese, creams, etc.
