Hi. If you want to have a good time with family, friends, or even on your own, I recommend this McDonald’s. It’s great for its food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, as well as its well-designed layout, easy-to-use ordering screen, and its convenient location in a nice area, perfect for pedestrians, drivers, or bus passengers. I also have a particularly fond memory of a cashier I love because of her incredible warmth and friendliness. She’s always ready to help with any questions you might have, and she’s incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The location is convenient, but the service is consistently disappointing. On my most recent visit, I arrived at 5:45 a.m. for a curbside order, as the app indicated curbside pickup was available. I waited until 6:15 a.m. without receiving my order.
I eventually had to go inside and wait in line, where I was told curbside service does not begin until 6:00 a.m. Even after 6:00 a.m. passed, no one brought out my order. When I asked about the delay, I was told they were “about to,” despite it being around 6:14 a.m. At that time, several employees appeared to be idle.
Unfortunately, this reflects a pattern of slow service and poor communication at this location. Due to repeated experiences like this, I will not be returning.

Arrived at this location on Dec 10th, 2025 after visiting a different McDonalds (Wheaton) looking for the new Grinch happy meal. Both locations were out. This location however, was FILTHY. There were no clean tables, the floor had busted sauce packets and spilt liquids, so sticky. The drink station was a mess and the trash cans were all full. None of the workers acknowledged us as we walked in. Our meal came out in an appropriate amount of time , the fries were cold. Other than the cleanliness of this location, it seems like this is a prime location for teenagers and homeless people. There was significant difference between the two McDonalds locations. Will never go back.

Poorly run operation. I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s, but the quality of food and service here is just bad. Stopped here twice in the past week (I know: fool me once, shame on you…). Fries were limp and lukewarm. Big Macs tasted anything but fresh. Self serve drinks were weak on the first visit. The machine was not even working tonight. Asked for refills, but manager refused. Dismissive attitude. What’s the point of a no-refill policy if self serve is usually available? This all clearly points to a deadbeat franchisee.

I’m a former McDonalds Secret Shopper, so listen to me when I say this: Every McDonalds franchise should take an example from this McDonalds Manager. His crew respect him, and he is the nicest most respectful man to all customers, even me when I look like a bum and am sneaking an extra refill at the machine!
He also seems (from what I’ve observed) to hire some with developmental disabilities who gave us a wonderful welcome when we came up to order. McDonalds corporate should promote him. He’s a true manager.

on the 22nd of october at around 7pm i placed a mobile order. i got to restaurant, the doors were locked and i was waved off. the first time i called corporate, on the 23rd, i was told that a refund was going to be processed, but that wasn’t the case. i called this restaurant today on the 25th and the lady that answered sounded like she was on speaker and wasn’t answering any of my questions. I called back to corporate, and this new agent has supposedly correctly processed my refund.
if you guys can’t process refunds, then you need to change settings in the app so people aren’t wasting their time and money on you guys. there’s always *something* happening at this location. this is utterly ridiculous having to do all of this back and forth with you people.

Yesterday around 5 PM, I ordered a big mac set and two happy meals from drive through. The lady at the pick up window took a longer time to hand me the order and, when I got home, I found out that the drinks, chocolate milk, were both missing. It was my first exprience that I had missing items from Mcdonald.

Today Saturday 27 2025 time 3:30 I have always been a customer of this McDonald’s, and today I had a bad experience with the person who delivered the food. I asked to speak to the manager to solve the problem I had. Instead of solving it, she made the situation worse. I think she is there to fix problems, not to make a big problem. I will never buy from that McDonald’s again.
