The poor customer service was a letdown, especially since McDonald’s is a well-known brand with a reputation for fast and friendly service. I was disappointed that my experience did not live up to this expectation. While the food itself was decent, the bad service left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, I hope that McDonald’s can improve its customer service and make sure that each customer feels valued and appreciated. It’s important for businesses to prioritize their customers and ensure that they have a positive experience, and I hope that McDonald’s takes this feedback into consideration.

The McDonald’s app has been a horrible experience for the last three months or more. When we attempt to make an online order we get an error response that the order cannot be processed. The payment does show on our bank as though it has been processed yet when going to the restaurant I am told the order was never submitted. The simple solution is to order again, however, if you were using any of the “deals” like a 20% off of a purchase, then that deal is no longer available as it shows you have already used it. This is extremely frustrating and with as much as McDonald’s charges for food, over $50 easily for a family of 5, 3 or which are young kids, they should correct these types of issues.

I was doing doordash and couldn’t go inside, so i went thru the drive thru. The order wasn’t ready. So they asked me to come in. I told them i have health issues and can do that. Can some1 bring it out at one of the marked parking spots. She nodded yes. So i pull into the spot. 2 cars get their order and a car parks next to me. She brings the order to them and not to me. So I pull back thru the drive thru. The cashier is hanging the order out the window with 3 cars in front of me. Smh. I take it and go on about my orders.

It is 08-11-2023, 8:20pm.I called in because the McDonalds app is not working. Apparently I was speaking to the manager at the time. I explained to her the app is not working would I still get free medium fries with my order from the deal from app? She says yes, come by. I said ok good, what’s your name? She says no! I ask again, what’s your name? I ask because I wanted clarification who I spoke to. This is the manager! No professionalism at all. This speaks on McDonalds who they hire and who they make manager. It’s a disgrace. That lady is always rude and doesn’t know anything about customer service. PLEADE STAY AWAY. If I was the franchise owner I’d fire the manager. She conducts terrible business.
