I just ordered number 5, chicken tenders. Lady said , number 1. I corrected her and said number 5. She charged me then I asked again to be sure. She said I asked number 1. I asked her to change it and I can pay more. She did not want to change the order and gave me what I did not ask. Today is 01/16/2026 around 2:35pm. If you watch cams you will see , what kind of person you hired. I wont come back

This KFC needs a HUGE RENOVATION . Everytime i go there’s something wrong or they out of food . no wedges no pot pies no wedges no apple poppers. The staff seem ok but they also some overwhelmed and under staff. At this point closed and renovate and do better !! There only. Handful of kfc in Baltimore and they all shouldnt suck the same .

Store is open til 11pm but told me because they have other chicken they not guna fry more wings. They close at 11 if it was like 1030 id understand. But u have 2 hours before close so you not frying any more wings until all the other wings are gone?

This KFC is local to us and we’ve tried it on several occasions, each time placing a mobile order, each time having to wait 15-25 minutes later than the arrival time given on the app. And every time our order was incorrect. The last time we were there, I checked the order prior to leaving due to past experience and when I pointed out the error, the employee was argumentative and said “no-refunds”.

Came up to the ordering system and nobody answered me for two minutes. Drove up to the window and was met with” did you place your order at the screen” to which I answered “nobody answered me for two minutes”. Instead of apologies or a resolution, she walked away from the window and spoke with the manager whose shirt was unbuttoned and unprofessional appearing. This is my 3rd time in 4 years eating at KFC I was told the chicken tenders were fresh n it was two out of three tenders were done the third chicken tender was so rubbery n old I couldn’t eat biscuit dry as usual from this location. The sad part is I love KFC it was actually my first job 25 yrs ago but the recipe never changes. I was really hungry and looking forward to the chicken tenders oh and they said the fries were fresh I wish I wasn’t disabled I would have took it right back.
