We just got home and discovered our chicken nugget happy meal has NO chicken nuggets! Just fries. Try explaining this to a 3 year old that wants his chicken. We have been going here but will not come back, the tables anc floor inside are not cleaned during the day and the service is rude.

I wish I could give this place zero. Consistently we’ve asked for plain burgers, as in only meat and bun. Perhaps 1 out of 8 times we don’t have to send it back. Maybe 1 out of 14 times they don’t ask us to pull up and wait for a minimum of five minutes which isn’t a lot until you see four other people zip by AND at least two people who are also in the secondary wait line get their order before you.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would, the employees here are beyond rude and disrespectful. I overheard an employee talking smack about me, it was legit my first time there and I dont even know any of the workers there, I heard laughing in the kitchen and overall just judged me on my appearance. That was from the moment I entered and made my mobile order. I continued to eat inside of the McDonald’s. Until I got up to ask for sauces and made sure to ask in Spanish since they were talking bad abt me assuming I didn’t speak Spanish. (I speak,write, and read fluent Spanish) and after that the women shut up real quick but honestly I wouldn’t recommend it here. I truly don’t understand the necessity of having me in your mouth without knowing me. Don’t come to this place.

You have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get some one to get a one refill on coffee and there’s no one in front of me ,theres 10 employees in the kitchen talking to one another, they finish there conversation before they come wait on you.

I waited for 20 minutes for my food, while 4 employees stood around talking to each other. Maybe if they actually worked, I wouldn’t have had to wait so long for 1 burger. Pretty sad, piss poor customer service. Also, the food was nasty and the pickles are beyond disgusting. Burger King, Wendy’s, Roy Rogers, and all other fast food restaurants at least have good pickles.
