I stop in here at least once a week to get my Large Mocha Frappe. They are just plain delicious. I describe it as a 1/2 chocolate milkshake & 1/2 iced coffee with chocolate syrup & whipped cream. The service at the drive through window is always terrific & this particular item tastes just like the one I (use to) get at Starbucks, but at far less the cost. However, on this one occasion they provided me with the drink seen in the attached photo. Although I initially started to take it from the “girl at the window” when she tried to hand it to me, I withdrew my hand & said, “I ordered a mocha frappe”. She said “this is a mocha frappe but we ran out of regular whipped cream so we used the other whipped cream we have”. That being said, I took it. A few minutes later I found it to be a much different taste than the “regular whipped cream” had & I didn’t particularly care for it. My next thought was “since when did they add something to the menu that needs strawberry flavored whipped cream on it”. Although I thought they should have told me that they were out of regular whipped cream & then asked if I still wanted it with the strawberry flavored whipped cream instead, I guess they did the best they could. However I wouldn’t have gotten it had I known. I’ll undoubtedly keep going back but if they try to give me one with strawberry whipped cream again, I decline & ask for my $ back.

Where do I start?! I am always having to pull around and wait at the 3rd window cuz they can’t get the food cooked fast enough or they don’t have enough employees. This is not a fast food restaurant no The chicken strips most of the time are rubbery. They constantly get my order wrong. I’ll order a double fish fillet and a lot of times they give me a single even though the recipe says double. I have stock in McDonald’s. I’m a shareholder. I may have to pull my money out.

Wrong order everytime. Charged me for an order I never received. Impressive business model — bill the customer and skip the food entirely. Most employees just seem like they do not like life. Sorry for them move on from this place.

Always had issues here but the last straw was finding the longest hair in my quarter pounder. Dark red/brown hair to be exact. Very disappointed and disgusted. Doubt i’ll ever be able to come back again after discovering that in my food. Makes you wonder how well these employees are following protocol, if they even are….no excuse for hair in someone’s food.

Never got to order. Stood in line for 5 minutes waiting and some lady comes running in with her phone out (me thinking she forgot something or needed directions immediately) she jumps in front of me.fark haired curly headed lady at the counter starts taking her order and I ask excuse me I was here first to which the phone lady responded I didn’t see you.

She responds and says oh you was standing two steps back not at the counter.

The drive through here is so tiny with rough turns it can ruin your car. Watch out if you have a large truck. The food and service are ok. The staff get the job done.

Need to retrain everyone and get the right equipment. Ordered a 6 piece nugget and a coke. Got to the first window could only accept cash there. Second window couldn’t take apple pay. Tried to give me a water cup and a 4 piece nugget. Didn’t get the right sauce or a straw.

I had a great experience today thanks to the girl who took my order. She was super nice, had a warm smile, and really took care of me. Her kindness and natural, friendly attitude truly made my day. It’s rare to see someone so genuine and pleasant she deserves to be recognized!☺️
