I visited the McDonald’s on Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro, and the receipt I was given printed so faintly that large sections were illegible, including the promotional/validation area at the top. I am attaching a photo because it is hard to believe how unreadable it is.
I asked about redeeming the offer shown on the receipt, and the manager’s response was essentially that they would not honor receipts from other McDonald’s locations and did not offer a solution for the fact that this location’s receipts are not printing clearly. I was also told (and observed) that this happens regardless of whether you order at the drive-thru or at the front registers.
Whether this is a printer maintenance issue or a store policy issue, the outcome for customers is the same: you are handed a receipt that cannot reliably be used for the promotion printed on it. That is unacceptable customer service and needs to be fixed. Until the receipts are readable and staff handle this more professionally, I cannot recommend this location.

I went to McDonald’s December 27th and we ordered a Big Mac meal. He ordered a Big Mac a coffee and it’s supposed to come with fries. When we pulled up to the window they didn’t have fries with it. So we asked if they could give us our fry they said no so we went in there and complained and they still didn’t do none. So McDonald’s you either need to get better workers or I’m never coming there again. Thank you

This is the slowest McDonald’s ever. It doesn’t matter if you come 7am, 11am,3pm, 9pm, 3am you’re going to sit for at least 20 MINUTES EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! No matter what the time is inside or drive through. I think it’s intentional. It’s ridiculous I live across the street but I’m way better off going to another location. EVERY TIME!!!

God forbid you make a customization. You’ll get upcharged yet they won’t make your order correctly. This review isn’t made off of one bad experience, they consistently and throughly mess up.

The chicken sandwiches, were raw and put together poorly. Service wasn’t bad, Average management you would expect from a McDonald’s. Atmosphere was good but the floor’s were riddled with crumbs

I usually have a good experience here but recently I had an excellent experience here thanks to CT, who went above and beyond to provide truly outstanding and personalized customer service. CT made it clear that waste is a no-no 🙂 and CT’s kindness, bubbly personality and beautiful smile made such a difference after a long day and late night.

Terrible. Fries are never filled and the fappes are always a medium in a large cup and fills the rest with whip cream. Then make excuses when you call them out on it or gives attitude. Worst one I’ve ever been to.
