This place is pathetic. Placed an order and they couldn’t complete a simple chicken order. 3 hours and I still don’t have my order. You’d be better going to a convenience store. Update: 3:15 minutes, food was cold, drink was warm. Had to chase down the driver to get my food. and then threw it away.

The drive thru person’s attitude was horrendous. The manager said “I can’t do anything about it, that’s just how she talks”. She a girl with long blonde hair, appears to be white. Her polite words are full of distain and attitude. I received hot n spicy food when I asked for honey BBQ. The manager again said he knew that but the 6 piece comes like but not the 4 piece. …How easy was THAT to tell me THEN?! they clearly Do not care! My dietary needs can’t handle the spice.

Went shortly after they opened in hopes of fresh food.
The Kfc bowl was NOT edible, chicken was mush and I could not even force feed it.. Then I found a squiggly black hair and that was it for me.
Not to mention my Dog refused to eat it as well.
The fries were mushy . They just opened how are my fries unedible mush already???
The Soda was okay
I am so tired of this poor quality food through the drive through.
Hope your food is better then mine.
Girlfriend threw her snackers away as well. Too much sauce and pickle made the chicken mush .
They JUST OPENED was this last night’s food?
This is the LAST time for me.
I guess it people keep buying it anyways they get sales regardless so just send garbage out the window.
Can still taste the squiggly black pube or hair I pulled out my mouth.

Waste of money! I have gone a few times in the past couple of months. The food is always room temp and the breading is soft. I saw them make my food but it wasn’t hot at all! Where do they store the chicken that’s ready, on a counter?

All staff constantly ignoring people. 8 people standing waiting to order our pick up orders and no one comes to the counter. Poor kid using order kiosk in their establishment and has trouble, “Manager” says “oh I don’t know anything about those things. Have 1 star but should have been ZERO

If you go inside the lobby, expect to wait a while. I’m assuming they’re short staffed, so they’re doing the best they can. I waited 40 minutes one time just for a chicken sandwich. But other times, I’ve waited for 5-15 minutes. If you’re eating in, sure. But if you’re just grabbing to go, then the drive-through is much faster. The dining area is pretty clean. They keep the parking lot up, too. There is plenty of seating in the dining area, too.
We rarely get dinner for the family, though. I personally love their chicken sandwich, with McDonald’s Buffalo sauce! It’s so good. But, when we do get dinner here, we spend $45+ ( for a family of 5), but we always have leftovers.
Sometimes, the chicken sandwich , like the chicken & chicken tenders, is really good and juicy. Other times, it’s on the dry side.
The staff are always friendly, I did have an issue about a year ago in the drive-through, I went to place an order & the young man yelled ” WE CLOSED” it was 2 pm lol so i went inside and placed the order. Idk if he was having a bad day? But he had the biggest attitude I’m polite and usually pretty forgiving because I’ve worked fast food. I worked at churches chicken years ago, so i understand. Anywho, another lady came up, apologized, and took my order. Other than that, one time, everyone is friendly.
You can order online for quick pick up or order for delivery ( through 3rd party delivery services). If you choose to order through doordash, for example, you’ll pay way more. For example, the chicken sandwich is $5 and some change. On those apps, they charge $6-$7 for the same sandwich. Outside of fees for using those sites plus tips. They’re charging more than what KFC and other places are charging on their menu. So, just be aware.
