This is horrible.. the fries are so undercooked they are translucent! And they forgot all the kids drinks and shorted each child’s chicken 6 pieces and only had 3 in the boxes. The apple slices were brown ! What subpar food establishment gets away with this overly priced play dough?! .. if I knew this was service I’d get from a nursing home who just gets an A for effort that get paid 18 and hr to screw things up I wouldn’t have wasted my time !

Food is fine but the wait in the drive through line is insane. And it’s all the time, not just once. Every time I wait at least 6-10 minutes for my food while the employees laugh and mess around with each other.

Terrible restaurant. Waited twenty minutes for food. Guy taking our order completely messed up everything. You could hear employees arguing from the drive thru window. Extremely trashy location; not to mention the constant drug activity in this town center specifically. Avoid this one and go to the New Falls location instead.

I would not recommend this location at all. I used the app to place my order. That was awesome. When it came time to pick up my food. My order was given to the car in front of me. My drinks and bag. The driver complained and received his correct order. I drove up and they proceeded to hand me the same food that was in the other car for quite some time. When I asked if the food was in the other car, the clerk said they made new food. Since I special order for my son, it was impossible to have remade the order in less than a minute. The manager claimed to remake the order but received the same food with cold fries and without a soda after being asked to pull up and wait even longer.

Just stopped in for a coffee and the coffee was just lukewarm. I would have went in and replaced it but I had things to do and didn’t have time to wait for them to brew a fresh pot of decaf. The cashier was very nice the person who handed me my coffee didn’t say a word. I would suggest they check the side burner on the coffee machine.

For your money’s worth you get some really nice choices that taste good and are pretty good! Theres even deals here. They have Kiosks in this McDonald’s if you do not have the energy to talk to a person or if the line is long or if people are crowded at the front. THAT BEING SAID it’s small and the register counter gets crowded by people waiting for orders and ordering food so keep that in mind. Its accessible for cane and sort of accessible to crutch users but I WOULD NOT call it wheelchair accessible for wheelchair users with accompaniment or independent wheelchair users. There are many tight spaces and corners and the widest spaces are towards the back of the restaurant. The last time I was there the wheelchair accessible bathroom was also out of order.

Very disappointed. On wednesday 9/16/2023 night suppose to close at 11pm. The staff decided to close it at 10:30pm. When your website and maps says at 11pm. This staff should be fired or have the reading of the manual corrected. Lady on the comms very mean and disgusting. We decide not to go there. With the rudeness she was. Will probably never go there again. Wheres the manager at when you i needed one. My friend and i wanted some good meals. We worked 8-10 hrs and then we get this from the mean lady on comms.

They are terrible. Spent $62 there today for my sons birthday party dinner and they did not give us any of the drinks for all kids meal. Gave us a regular cheese burger after charging us for a triple burger. All fries are barely cooked literally. And Big Macs are all cold (NEVER AGAIN) I wish I could give them a 0star

This has to be the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. They have two drive thru lanes, but one was blocked off. I pulled up to the line and was one car back from ordering. The cars didn’t move for 5 minutes. Finally I get to the speaker to order and the guy taking the order didn’t know how to put in the code from the McDonald’s App that I gave him. He said I had to order first and they’d take the code at the window. But I was using a deal from the App that only is good with the code. So I had to wait to place my order until I got to the window. And wait I did. It was another 15 minutes before I got to the window. Then everything was messed up order-wise because I was technically out of order. Seriously the worst McDonald’s ever!
