This restaurant should cease taking orders from McDelivery until they can sort out comprehension problems from staff. Every time I place an order from McDelivery, I am missing items. This has happened multiple times. The only reason why we continue to place orders is that we are often running late to events on weekend mornings. This morning, not only was I missing two items – but they made my order incorrectly – I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit, in a combo – received a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin with no hash brown. Previous orders, we did not receive hash browns, the time before that, they were missing my daughter’s pancakes from the order. This restaurant is scamming people, consistently accepting payment for items that they do not provide. Do not come here or place orders from this location unless you don’t care about what you receive or don’t care if you’re missing items from your order – they will NEVER get it right. I even put in the notes to check the order due to the frequency in which this happens and it clearly wasn’t checked. Support local, they are honest and do not steal your money like this McDonalds does, on a routine basis. It’s more predictable that they’ll mess up the order than it is to receive what you actually ordered.

My burger was very concerning when I opened it. Good that I checked it before eating. Not sure what the white powder is. I asked the lady also and she had no clue but looked very disgusted. She was kind and gave me a new burger besides the one with crumbled white powder on the bottom of it.

I only came here because the one up the road was closed. I ordered two apple pies and noticed when I got home the date on them was bad! It clearly says enjoy by 2/16 12:36pm! I went there AFTER 7 PM! The apple pie was HARD AND HALLOW. Please just go to another location because they could clearly care less at this location.

I just went thru the newly reopened drive thru and they didnt get my order right. I ordered the big breakfast with pancakes and they gave me syrup but nothing to put it on. They did however give me 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits when i only ordered 1. I dont want or need it but i cant go back now so im stuck with something we didnt want and no pancakes for the person who wanted them. Idk who looked at this order of pancakes and thought but they were mistaken
