While the young lady who helped me and the manager where both kind people my baby chicken tenders where raw! That’s so scary to hand your one year old a piece of chicken while they are crying to have to take it back. I allowed the manager to give me a replacement but that is because my toddler just came from daycare and was screaming hungry no way this issue was worth just a replaced chicken bite because one we could get sick of course 2 I spent my money STILL with just a replacement being given and 3 this was literally my first time ever coming to sonic in my life also the stall I ordered at didn’t work so the worker had to run back and fourth taking my order my receipt is hard to read it was all just bad minus the employee and manager’s personalities

This has got to be the slowest restaurant in all of Henry County. I made a mobile order…placed it at 9:03pm the app said my order would be ready at 9:08…cool right? NO. It’s 9:43pm and I’m still sitting at the stall waiting for the food that the screen said was coming out 20min ago. 4 kids meals is all I ordered no crazy modifications or anything.

I came after I got off work for a diet cherry limeade. It was 9:40 when I got in line. It was 9:55 when I got to the speaker there was one car in front of me the whole time. When I get to the speaker, the girl tells me that they haven’t been taking orders for the last 15 minutes and that they won’t be taking anymore. This is confusing because they close at 11 according to Google. Change your hours or at least let people know before they waste 15 minutes sitting in your drive-through.

Very upset at where this chain is going. I haven’t been in a while but wanted to get some delicious tots. So in addition to getting rid of the skating servers, they are doing away with the unique orderinf stations; they now have a drive-thru window. The place looks like it’s falling apart and inside was no better. My cashier was nice (even though I asked for nice and still got a cup full) but the food isn’t like I remember from a few years ago. We won’t be back.

Why have carhop/ stall service but never service it? Every time I am told they are nit “doing stall service” and that I need to use the drive thru. When I get to the drive thru, they say they can’t hear me.

The order was fine except they didn’t give me any ghost sauce for my fries. They’re was no sauce at all. I just don’t see how you look in a bag and check it and hand it to me, “ready to go, ” but don’t see that there’s no sauce. I was just really disappointed. Everything else was fine. The smash burger and drinks were fine.

Well, this will be my second time coming here for my teenager kids. This would not be a choice of mine to come to eat, but I’m making a review for those to know what they’re walking into I guess it’s ran by young folks and then not taking their job as seriously but they will have you waiting for order for like people two after you have order or they don’t have the communication skills to understand what you order cause I have ordered the very first order which is missing and this is literally the second time this has happened to me at this sonic. maybe I just the bad luck Dad for hour of the day shift. Maybe I don’t speak proper English, but I am from England.

I’ve been to this location twice this week and left both times without ordering. Tuesday I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I left. Today I went again, at 3pm. Myself and 2 other vehicles were waiting to order. The guy in front of me leaned out the window and said she said to hold a minute, I said ok. At 3:09 she had not taken his order. I pulled around and up to the window, a young man came to the window. I told him that three cars were waiting to order and no one is here, then came an older guy putting headphones on, the young man said something to the back and a young lady came out, the young man says do you want to drive around and place your order now? I said NO, I am leaving, this is the second time this week. Something else is going on in this restaurant!
