TERRIBLE SERVICE ‼️‼️. The food from here is always good pretty much typical for a McDonald’s. The problem lies with the people that just don’t read and don’t care who work here. Just picked up food and everything is fine, I did order a large fry and it was not even half full. Managers need to be aware and keeping an eye on what goes out the door, also ordered chicken nuggets that were supposed to have sweet and sour sauce and there was absolutely none in the bag (receipt says 3). Again managers need to be aware and watch what’s going out the door because I am very reluctant to go back to this one again because so much was wrong. Other than that food was fine pretty much typical McDonald’s. I’m paying for a large fry I would like a large fry Maybe they need some more communication or better management would certainly help.

I’m a worker of McDonald’s. I’ve worked here multiple times they have welcome me back everytime ! I love enjoying the social interactions of customers. I have a few regulars who come sometimes just to see me it’s a awesome rewarding feeling. I have gotten tips while in drive thru and I believe it should be more of a regular thing. In a way we are like servers. I have always shared whatever tips I received with grill members it’s only fair. Make tipping fast food workers a thing! Just as small as a dollar goes a long way. Customer service is genuine and it should be rewarded.

(Visited at 9pm) I have been coming to this McDonald’s for over 2 years and it use to be quite pleasant. My husband and I use to enjoy sitting out at the tables that are across from the building under the trees. The past few months something has changed and not for the better. There is a woman who is on at night that seems like she hates her job and you can tell by the way she treats you. If you are looking for someone with a personality you picked the wrong hire. It has been a horrible attitude the past few times I have went to this location. Not to mention the lights are completely off in the parking lot the signs the arches completely black so you can not enjoy the weather and your outdoor seating so why even have it. It just looks like an empty building from the street after sundown you can not even tell it is a McDonald’s let alone that it is open for business I hope someone sees this that can make some changes because at this point you are paying employees to do nothing because your establishment looks abandoned from the street.

Went in to eat inside. The temperature in the restaurant was on the hot side. Wait time was long although there was one person inside and drive through did not have much action either. The sandwich came out like it was tossed and thrown around. Person who looked like she was a manager was obnoxiously loud on the phone in the lobby with zero consideration about people in the lobby and that no one cares to listen to her yell on the phone.

Went to this place with my younger brother recently for dinner and everything came out okay when we ordered food in the drive through. The french fries were fresh and hot which is good. Then i got the deal where i got a big mac and the $1 chicken nuggets with some hot mustard sauce, large fries and a small chocolate milkshake. He ordered a chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, a medium fries and a medium chocolate milkshake. When we were in the car i finished part of my fries before we got home. Other then then that when we were at the dinner table, everything was prepared and cooked perfectly!
