Last week I rolled through to have a little breakfast. Ordered a sausage biscuit, with cheese. I see on the board sausage egg and cheese biscuit no egg… Same thing right? I get my food and head to work where I discover I have a slice of cheese on a biscuit and nothing else. I check the receipt and was charged 4 dollars for an egg and cheese biscuit, no egg. I can’t get back to deal with it so I call. They were nice on the phone and said they would make it right next time I came in. So today I rolled up, reminded them of the situation and that they promised to make it right. Roll around to the window and they give me a single sandwich, made right this time. A sandwich that is cheaper than what I was charged for. This is making it right?? I’d avoid this location, they couldn’t be bothered. They get a 2nd star for making some effort.

Tonight, I ordered food from McDonald’s and found that the burger was severely undercooked. The chicken inside was still pink, and I had already taken a bite before noticing it. and the food was cold when I received it. This is a serious food safety violation and completely unacceptable. Very disappointed, fries and nuggets are very sour, they do not change oil. Also today’s burger I can call Lego, make it by yourself. Staff is very friendly, everything is clean. Please pay attention to oil. And also to items you sell, they are not as on the pictures

I always have gone to this mcdonalds, but there are new hires who just sit around talking and laughing while theres a full drive thru. I always order with no pickles and i always get pickles. Im allergic and i can never eat my food until i have to re order which would take forever because the drive thru line is so long

Just left McDonalds and had the most ignorant rude person I’ve ever met at the drive through. Short, cut me off talking. Nasty attitude and barely opened the window to pass the food out. Opened it and she thought she was cute dumping both fries upside down! She needs to either find a personality or a different job. If you can’t act like a human being and deal with the public then get a job that doesn’t involve speaking to people. Young people these days are the absolute worst. She needs to be retrained or fired

A complete mismanaged mess. The wait times are ridiculous. No matter when you go there. They will pre-Phil drinks like iced tea and sodas away in advance. Ensuring you get a drink with melted ice. Consistently are not salting the fries and consistently give cold or old fries. Any customizations of any of your meals is a 50-50 chance you’ll get it or you’ll get something that is not edible. I have gone to this location for many many years and it has unfortunately consistently in the last few years and gotten worse and worse

The caramel frappes were unpleasant, and when I requested a replacement for them, as well as for my fries, I was treated dismissively as a customer. They responded with attitude because I expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of my food and drinks. I cannot recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

This is by far THE WORST McDonalds in the area. Orders are incorrect and missing items almost every single time. Even when they are not busy they take long to give the order at the drive thru, and it’s not correct. Most of the workers seem apathetic. The fries are either overcooked or undercooked. They don’t answer their phones either. I have called their customer service number and filled out surveys telling them just how bad it is there, but it seems to fall on deaf ears.

At least every other time I go here they are out of something. Also it’s very messy. Last time the employee was talking with a friend and then put straws out but ignored that the counter near the fountain drinks was so dirty you couldn’t place anything down. Another time we took a number and waited for at least 10 minutes. My daughter went to check and found our milkshakes sitting on the counter melting. Then they told her they were going to bring them out when the order was complete but that something she ordered was out so they didn’t. WTH??
