MY family and I stopped here for something for lunch/dinner……we ordered 2:54pm and didnt get our food until a half hour later. No reason why it should have taken that long, but they did not make up for it because you would think if it was that long of a wait….THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST MADE SURE THE FOOD WAS FRESH!!!! Double cheeseburgers that looked like they were just reheated and they were rubbery! Not to mention the stale burger buns that were just again rubbery! This restaurant used to be a good quality (for a McDonalds) but they have no management apparently because all they do is fool around and serve poor quality food that they should be ashamed of!!!

I know it’s a McDonald’s, but good grief could any less care seem to be shown at this particular location? At lunch on Sunday, 2/15, I couldn’t believe the state of this restaurant. This location is consistently dirty from the floors to the tables to the bathrooms. Trash is often overflowing inside and outside. I’d hate to see the area the food is made! The kiosks never seem to have receipt paper with one broken to boot!
Service, no matter the time of day, is painfully slow, with lines regularly building in both the lobby and drive-thru. They have three drive-thru windows but typically only use one. There is a difference between busy and neglect, and this feels like neglect.
This appears to be an ongoing management issue. I hope ownership (Mac-Clark Restaurants, located over two hours away) will address the cleanliness, staffing, and operational concerns. McDonald’s has clear standards and this location is not meeting them.

Extremely slow drive-thru, I waited a half an hour for a fish sandwich. DoorDash orders sure were going quickly while the staff talks with all the drivers and ignores customers. Avoid this McDonald’s. The food isn’t fast, quality, or cheap. What’s the point.

Gone here many years quality has decreased over the years ive called management on 3 sepeate occasions only to have them remake the orders and still get it wrong. Ive expressed serval times no pickles becausee my son cant have them but put still have them remake the order just to find more pickles and for some reason no onion ever and barely any lettuce on chicken sandwhich and sloppy mess of mayo but yet you guys wanna get paid 15 an hour???

Not only did I get the wrong order I waited 45 minutes in a drive through line. The workers give you a nasty attitude and the managers are just as bad.

The food is exactly what you expect from McDonald’s if you like it you like it but as for the wait times is pretty long for the overnight crew and not like it’s their fault I just feel they need a few more people working the graveyard shift but the workers themselves are pleasant and try their best

After waiting almost 20 min in drive thru (aprox 8:30 pm)for qrt pounder meal . EVERYTHING was awful. Substantial price subquality food Bun hard. Burger cold. No condiments Fries very old. I worked there many many years ago. Food was thrown after sitting to long and food orders had to be completed within specific time. I seem to remember egg timers. This is only the 2nd review I’ve ever posted that’s how bad the food was

This place genuinely sucks. The absolute worst fast food restaurant i have ever been to in all my life. They never get food out mo matter how busy or not. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes for you to get your food or even a drink. It’s never fresh. The employees do not even attempt to help customers. I highly suggest Wendy’s over this train wreck.

Order was wrong, sauce on the inside & outside of the bagel and on the outside of the wrapper. Bacon on sandwich instead of steak. When I ordered from the drive through, my order didn’t come up on the screen to check it. I said that’s it. The guy said yeah second windows. I get to the second window & they don’t know what I ordered so I tell him again. After manager fixes something on the register I pay & get my order. I pull up & check my order…it’s not right as I stated. No apology…just rudeness. Terrible food…terrible service…except the tall kid who checked the second sandwich…he was kind, polite & apologetic. The 2nd one had steak, just a lot of sauce.

The curbside pickup wait takes forever. It took them 20 minutes to come to me. I went inside to speak to someone. I spoke to a young lady with a green shirt on (assuming an Assistant manager or manager on duty). She was quite rude and looked miserable too.
The food is good but the wrapping of the sandwich could be better not falling out.
Overall, they need to get their timing right for drive-thru and curbside pickups.
