In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. got the rancher plate- brisket,sausage,mac, coleslaw, beans, roll and limonade.
brisket was thin sliced and it was good .the sausage was good too good flavor in the sausage .
the mac was good it was cheesy , the beans where decent i guess and the coleslaw was sweet and lemony. everything was good expect the coleslaw .
the bbq sauce was tangy and kinda sweet definitely tasted good .
drive thrue was fast .
