I got a 20 piece Asian to go with a large coleslaw that I paid 4.5 dollars for…it was the most disgusting food I have ever put in my mouth, and as far as large goes, is there small only 2 bites, cuz this is hardly 4.
Should I even comment on the wings? These wings were on Crack, no meat just skin and bones, not to mention the meat that was on them, was over cooked. I’ve gotten better chicken wings, and bigger wings at the Flying J Truckstop. Maybe yall should call them and find out who their supplier is.
BWW used to be the place to get wings, not anymore…so disappointed! What a waste of 45 dollars.

I can totally understand why this place has a low Google rating. I hard a hard time believing that anyone who left the restaurant were truly happy with what they received.
The hostess was most unfriendly and had no idea what she was doing. She leaned over the counter to ask me “What do you need”. How about a table to sit and eat???? Then the server was okay, but stood by my table pushing buttons on a tablet that appears she doesn’t know how to use. So, I get my food and Im like what???? I tasted the tots which were so greasy, over cooked and tasted like 8 year old grease. I mentioned it to the server who looked at me and said, “well yeah, they are deep fried”. I couldn’t believe it and I couldn’t eat them. I had a chicken sandwich which was ok but still tasted like old grease. The place was extremely loud. The bathroom was dirty which made me turn around and walk out and not use it. I don’t know how in the world this food chain stays in business. Don’t go. It’s that bad.

To say I was disappointed is far to nice. Upon arriving, we ended up seating ourselves. To our server, im so sorry that we inconvenienced you and you actually had to do your job. We started with fried pickles and when they came out I was wondering if they had run out in the kitchen. The portion for the price was laughable. Then the smell hit. Stale, nasty beer. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. Windows absolutely filthy. Then we noticed fruit flies. Hmmmm……at this point we felt committed as our food order was already in. When the food came out once again the amount of fries was a joke. I know toddlers that can eat more then what came out. The burger was decent. The wings were dry and way over cooked. Upon bringing these issues to our servers attention, nothing was done. She had 2 other tables at the time so she definitely wasn’t busy. I’ve been to other locations that are 100 times better then this place. I will never waste my time or money at this location ever again. Expensive lesson learned. DO BETTER B-DUBS………

Went on a Thursday for the BOGO boneless deal. The service was good for a slightly busy night. Got 30 boneless wings for half the price and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks had a good pull from the cheese and tasted great. The boneless wings were cooked perfectly. Super crispy and lots of sauce. Overall, would definitely come back to this location.

The gentleman hosting (didn’t get his name) is always pleasant to see because he greeted us properly with a warm welcome and asked whether we’d like a booth or table.
The server was wonderful! Super polite and easy-going, attentive, and patient. We ordered on BOGO reward Tuesday’s 20 wings, tots, and wedges. Sat and ate slowly for almost 2 hours. I think I tipped well for taking my time and the great food and service but the point is she was still graceful to us.
The wings were perfectly cooked- not dry- and it came out piping hot. Our food came out at the same time and not 15 minutes apart (like the last visit to the Maplewood location).

I took my family to eat at the Oakdale location. Service was slow. The food was not great. The server brought our check to us. I paid the tab with my credit card for only the amount due because I like to leave a cash TIP. After signing the check the server returned and took the slip. She noticed there was no TIP on the receipt. She immediately hard one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen from a server. I was embarrassed for her. I didn’t say anything to her. We quietly left. I left a 22% TIP in cash on the table even though her attitude was disgusting. I was so put out from our experience I wrote the corporate headquarters. The corporate headquarters nerve responded. I will never spend my money on anything that is affiliated with Buffalo Wild Wings. Over all Buffalo Wild Wings gets a -1 out of 10. Truly a disgusting place.

Super friendly staff! The location is very clean and tidy. They have a medium sized deck off the back of the restaurant which is absolutely awesome. I went with my 10 year old son around noon on a Saturday and we had a terrific experience. It was also fairly quiet and even though they only have 5 tables outside they were able to accommodate us. Parking is plentiful as well!

Don’t BOTHER! It is sad what this location has become! Took a while for some to come to our table. We were ready to order…onion ring app, and to cheese burgers w/ fries. Oh and we will just take waters. “I put your order in and be right back with those waters”. 15 minutes later the app showed up no waters yet and no plates for the apps. No napkins either. We went ahead and picked k the app of the tray. As we were finishing up our burgers showed up, still no waters, still no napkins. After asking for napkins, again I walked to the servers station…no napkins our server was sitting there adding up tips. I go to the kitchen and get some. I walked back to the table and took some napkins of another table. The server finally came back with water and napkins. The fries were now cold. The burgers looked great but had no flavor. Though the servers performance was pathetic, I did leave a 15% tip, it should have been zero.

This location needs a health safety check. It’s clear they don’t do well at FIFO or watching expirations. I saw limes served that were brown and well past anything I would serve. Stale chips. Sticky surfaces. Bartenders who don’t seem to know these things… touching glasses to tap lines. Visible spills behind the bar and a broken glass that was not picked up.

Absolutely disgusting behavior on Veterans Day. 120pm.. post lunch rush. 19 tables wide open…. and they had a line of Veterans and their families running out the door and wouldn’t seat them or greet them.
I had some choice words with the manager. HE SAYS… We only have two servers… and I said.. what does that have to do with anything. Either we are or are not celebrating Veterans… DO BETTER!!!..
At least 4 Veterans and their families left as they were tired of waiting.
Dont pride yourself in honoring Veterans.. and then drop the ball so horribly. They deserve better!
