It’s decent as far as McDonald’s goes when they actually adhere to their advertised hours. About 1/2 of the time I go there late at night they are closed hours early. Ex. Tonight I went at 1am after work and the website says open until 4am, yet the drive through order points were completely black.

Went at 430 am. Online it says it’s open 24 hours. The woman told me they wont be taking orders until 5 am. I told her I’d wait. The service woman yelled and cursed at me . She went as far as to say that she hoped my mother died because I said I didn’t care and would be waiting. I have a video and everything. I have never been treated this way, and will never come here again.

Unfortunately for the workers at McDonald’s my fiance and I customize almost everything we order, from his no pickles, to my plain (cheese only), to no salt on the fries and little to no ice in the drinks. I would have to say this McDonald’s location is one of the very few that not only gets the orders right but the food comes out hot, fries are crisp AND hot. It is, without a doubt, my go to McDonald’s location. The service is usually very good, friendly, personable, couldn’t ask for more, really.

VERY unpleasant. I made a drive -thru order at 11:12 am and was told to pull in front. ALL of the spots were taken. Drove around the parking lot 3 times before finally giving up and leaving 9.12$ poorer. If this McDonald’s is not capable of operating a drive-thru perhaps it should be discontinued.

I went through the drive through and order a medium 10 pc meal with an Oreo McFlurry. I was given my drink and McFlurry and then was told to pull into a parking spot and they will bring my food out. 15 minutes later my food comes out. And my McFlurry is no longer ice cream but Oreo soup. I didn’t order Oreo soup. Fries take 3 minutes to cook. Chicken Nuggets take at most 5. Why did I have to wait 15 minutes? And I don’t even care about the wait as much as the fact that I didn’t order Oreo Soup. I didn’t ask for the soup of the day. I didn’t even order something that came with a soup or salad. So why do I have soup?

It was late at night the place was a little busy but the gentleman behind thmcconnor I believe to? Be. A managerial exceptional exactly what someone in that position should be and I don’t mean the manager position but that should be as well. The Burger was built a little sloppy.
