It is becoming more difficult to find a quality Prime Rib other than a weekend special somewhere but that is exactly what I found at C Level Restaurant. We generally dine early so it was not crowded when we arrived. It is a very nice atmosphere without being
pretentious. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server Chris who took very good care of us. The Prime Rib was exquisite and the sides of sautéed green beans and mashed potatoes were perfect with it. A glass of house Cabernet tied it all together perfectly.
My wife had a Nuts for Berries salad with fried shrimp on the side. She was extremely impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it.
C Level offers fine dining in a great atmosphere at a fair price.

This is the first time that we ate at sea level I didn’t expect to see so many people there but the way it was short even though the restaurant was fully packed.

Steaming HOT rolls and whipped butter came out quickly when they served as they served us our drinks. Hit the spot as we waited for our meals. Which was a bit slower than I expected, though our server kept us in water and bread. The kitchen was backed up from our understanding. It wasn’t a bad thing since we wanted to talk and we did have the rolls.

We weren’t particularly hungry so we skipped the entry and ordered dinners.

The crab cake dinner comes with 3 cakes and two sides. We opted for the Truffle new potatoes and small side salad with blue cheese dressing. The salad came first, as expected. For a small side salad this was fairly large portion. The blue cheese dressing had large pieces of blue cheese and a thick dressing which was absolutely delicious, served on the side. The lettuce and vegetables were crisp and fresh but often don’t get in restaurants. The crab cakes for fried to a crispy perfection the crab what is generous and in chunks with very little filler to distract you from the crab. Delicious. Will you find several other local restaurants in PCB looking for a good crab cake, so far this was the best.

We also had the classic burger and added blue cheese to accompany the Truffle fries that it came with. Adding blue cheese to this burger was the right choice. It increase the flavor profile, again generous portion of blue cheese came out piled on top of the burger served open face. It also comes with a fresh crisp lettuce leaf, pickles tomato and onion on a freshly grilled 1/2 lb patty. The Truffle fries word piping hot and serve to us still steaming so watch your tongue when you take that first fry to taste since it may burn your mouth they are so hot. As a side note, ask for whatever condiments such as ketchup and mustard or mayo to address your sandwich.

C Level has instantly become one of our favorites in PCB. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t been here before. The added bonus that this is a local owned business that has really hit the mark with quality food and cheerful service.

C Level ended up being our favorite restaurant of the whole trip — so much so that we ate there twice, and both times the food and service were excellent. My flounder was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The Fontina grits were creamy and rich, and the Parmesan fries were excellent. Both the tartar and remoulade sauces were housemade, and you could taste the difference — fresh, balanced, and full of flavor.

The fried cauliflower appetizer was a surprise standout. Served with Buffalo sauce and paired with ranch dressing, the combination of heat and cool creaminess really set it apart. My wife ordered the crab cakes and said they were the best she’s ever had. Her truffle new potatoes were also a highlight, rich and perfectly prepared. The grilled pineapple added another level of flavor to the meal, and even the bread with creamy butter was so good I couldn’t stop eating it.

Overall: Every detail at C Level impressed us. From the appetizers to the sauces to the main dishes, this was easily the best dining experience of our trip. We had excellent servers on both visits, and I’d highly recommend making a reservation.

Never disappoints, here’s where I learned about broccolini and they make the best brussel sprouts ever, I have even stop by to grab a to-go order of Brussels just to serve with steaks at home because I can’t make it like them. As a local I’ve know C-Level from when it was located in the South Lagoon area, but I absolutely love the new location‼️

My boyfriend and I recently ate here on a date night, and it was wonderful! We placed a reservation over the phone, which was quick and easy. Upon arriving, we were promptly seated and served our beverages. For an appetizer, we ordered the crab dip and were very glad we did! The dip was delicious, with nice chunks of crab in it. I got the shrimp and grits for my entree. The grits were creamy, and the shrimp were large and cooked wonderfully. They were some of the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. My boyfriend got the burger, which he enjoyed and said was cooked perfectly. The parmesan truffle fries were also delicious! Our server was very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable. The only negative was that it took about 40 minutes from being served our appetizer to receiving our entree, but this did not ruin the experience. I would certainly go back next time I am in the area!

8/18/2025: I placed a carry-out order and hostess was polite. For an appetizer, I got the grouper bites ($16.50) which were really good but I didn’t like the tartar sauce that came with it; I think having it with cocktail sauce would have tasted better. I ordered the blackened grouper cheeks ($25.50) with asparagus (premium side up-charge of $2.00); half of the fish portions were really good and the other half was overcooked. Asparagus tasted great, too. Total with taxes (7.5%) including 3% credit card charge and military discount was $46.29.. The check lists a credit card fee would be added if paying by card; I’m happy they posted that note but not happy about it.

***One big note while eating around Panama City Beach is that a lot of restaurants seem to charge a credit card charge fee. I guess PCB being a huge tourist destination, I feel they tack on that fee for the consumer to pick up the cost.***

While waiting, went to the bar and had the Grayton 30A beach blonde ale which was okay. Bartender was polite. They didn’t have any beer on tap.

Atmosphere was decent as dining area theme matched restaurant name and they played music at a decent level.

We were walking without a reservation (didn’t know we needed one) and were immediately sent to the back of the restaurant like scolded children. We were warmly greeted by the waiter where he offered a few chef selections which we politely declined. After ordering our appetizer, our side salads came out first, ok. Then our appetizer of fried mushrooms came out after 3 bites of salad. I’m sensing a timing issue here. Then before we could even finish our salads and appetizers, our entrees arrived. Really not cool when you are just trying to have a nice night out and then feel rushed to hurry and get out. The waiter never came with the malt vinegar for my wife’s fried flounder nor did he bother to come back to check to fill our water glasses again. I had the crab cakes with wild rice. The flavor was ok, but the cakes were packed with fillers and very dense. All in all, was just average. Not bad, but didn’t really warrant a second try for us.

We had an excellent experience at this seafood restaurant in Panama City Beach. Our family, including the kids, loved every dish. The appetizers—Crab Cake, Crab Queso Dip, and Shrimp Cocktail—were all delicious. For the entrées, the Crab was the best we’ve ever had, and the Shrimp and Grits were outstanding. The kids especially enjoyed the Fish and Chips. Our server (Brett or perhaps Rett) was amazing and made the experience even better. We would definitely love to come back!

Loved all of it!
First, the parking lot is full. Generally a trustworthy indicator of something good.
Second, the interior is cool tones of blues that reflects a bright and also calm Watertown establishment. A wonderful feature is the T.Vs aren’t playing sports like most bars or public houses, but give tourists an entertaining demonstration of historical points of interests.
The third, and reason we came is the food. Amazing. Our table of 8 had Sangria which was semi sweet. The triple fish is blackened with a choice of 2 sides and we chose the mashed potatos and green beans. The prime rib was paired with the collard greens and grits. The collard greens is made with a lot of ham stock giving it a marvelous rich flavor.
The desserts; peanut butter pie, key lime pie, and cheesecake. The recipes are a family secret. The key lime pie was flavorful with a thin crispy crust.
Finally, the service was attentive without hovering. Drinks were always full. Super Mario was knowledgeable about the food prep and pairings. The owners are available for specific questions and it was enjoyable to see their passion for food.

We are looking forward to dining here again when in town.
