This McDonald’s used to be one the best around sure was when Stella owned it as you can see in photos just ordered $26.00 worth of food off the app and delivered DoorDash and this is what,I get TARTER on both sandwiches and it clearly says on the grill tickets NO TARTER so paid $26 bucks for fries and a soda and hamburger thanks McDonald’s I’m so discussed

I placed a pickup order for 12 items and it cost me $60.70, and then when I went to pick it up, they told me my order wasn’t there, even though the payment had already been confirmed. And it was THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I showed them screenshots of the receipt, and their only response was that the order wasn’t there and “there wasn’t much we could do about it. “They canceled the order and placed a new one, only to end up taking $70.20 from me. It’s as if the money was being given away.

I do not understand the portion on the fries. When I order a large fries I get the portion of a medium. When I order a medium I get the portion of a small & when I get a small I get like 20 fries. Are you guys limited in fries in your restaurant ? Do BETTER !!!! I AM PAYING for MY food & if I want a large order of fries, that is what I am expecting to have!!!

I’ve never seen a fast food place ignore the specifics on orders more than this location. They’ll stick a label on every item noting how you ordered it, and blatantly ignore those changes. If you, like me, get the occasional burger for your dog- better double check the onions were removed every single time you ordered because my goodness these guys would kill that dog time and time again. It’s like they add extra onions when you order it without.

I stood in line to order for over 10 mins and the employees refused to acknowledge my existence. At first I was the only one in line . It quickly filled up and they pretended we weren’t there. If you value service you can go literally any where else in the valley to receive better. Don’t waste your time. The prices are higher than ever and they have the nerve to give us even worse service than they used too. I’ll pass.

I’m personally not a huge fan of McDonald’s but my son wanted nuggets and fries. The service was patient with my son ordering and super friendly. His meal came out quickly as well. This is definitely the cleanest one I’ve ever been in from the front all the way to the restrooms. Keep up the good work!

Often screaming kids. They didn’t bring napkins on more than one occasion. The bathroom smells like sewer and it comes out into the dining room.
They ignore people at the counter, sometimes for 15 minutes or more. They must assume everyone uses the kiosk in the lobby but what if someone has a question or needs napkins because they didn’t bring them?
