Hands down the best guac and chips i’ve ever had. EXCELLENT flavour and I think they make there chips here because they weren’t too salty for me and very light. Great value, a generous portion of guac. Tried the fish taco, coconut shrimp taco, the tofu one and nashville chicken. Idk what my fav was between the fish or shrimp, and the tofu would be a close second. Nashville one actually was actually quite spicy but the chicken itself wasn’t my fav. 10/10 tho would come again. Love the Spanish pop music! Also got the football game on and golf if you like that sort of thing.

The Bajo bowl salad was Elite. So much energy. The Queso was emotionally supportive. I had to walk through a hunting trade show so I needed all the help I could get. I went saying I’m just grabbing something quick and suddenly I was scraping the bottom of the bowl. So satisfying. Zero notes. Would absolutely plan my day around eating here again.

I spent $22 on a drink and 3 taco plate and left a $3 tip for a total of $25 dollars. I showed my picture of my tacos to a co worker who frequents this restaurant and she described my tacos as “ozempic tacos”. This is my first time at this restaurant and I’m hesitant to return I’ve never eaten at a Mexican restaurant and still starving after. I hope my experience was not a representation of this restaurants potential. I was rushing on my lunch break and was really excited to eat here I walked all the way from music city center excited for tacos i genuinely could have not been more disappointed.

If you’re visiting Nashville and tired of the fattening fried food and mac & cheese. Sinking an alternative healthy delicious incredible unique food experience come to this place. I got their cop salad bowl and oh my God between the pickled cabbage, blue cheese, avocado, kale, delicious, tender pork that served with it it’s a delight. It left me, full and healthy . Highly recommend for a healthy quick meal that doesn’t break the bank!!

Pair it with a $5 margarita and your in heaven

Bajo Taco was amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and full of personality—just like the staff. We had a bit of a picky eater in our group, and Katie was incredibly patient and accommodating the entire time. She made sure everything was just right and did it all with a smile. Highly recommend if you want great food and even better service!

I recently visited this spot and had a mixed experience. The drinks were definitely a highlight—those margaritas were tasty, but at $35 for just two, I expected a bit more ambiance to match the price. The beer at $8 felt a bit steep too, especially considering the overall vibe of the place reminded me more of a deli than a trendy bar.

As for the food, it was decent but nothing to write home about. It’s edible, sure, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it. On the bright side, the patio offers a lovely view of the street, making it a nice spot to relax with a drink. If you’re just looking for a place to grab a drink and enjoy the scenery, it might be worth a visit, but don’t go in expecting a full dining experience.

Awesome tacos. Awesome food. Prices are decent. The fish taco was my favorite, and the nashville hot chicken was spicier than expected (in a good way). Beans and corn were great as well. My picky daughter loved the salad and wife enjoyed her chicken burrito as well.

We were looking for a place to have a snack while roaming the Country Music Hall of Fame. This place was accessible from inside the building and also very fast service! Food was delicious.

I had gotten the Nashville chicken taco with a side of street corn. My husband got the daily special which was two tacos with beans and rice. He had the beef taco and also the crispy Korean tofu taco. Everything we had was bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious!

Food was average and mostly just really bland or overly spicy. Atmosphere like a subway, order at the counter, eat & leave. Seemed over priced for sure.
