Very clean dining area, friendly staff and service, food is hot and fresh. Restrooms are also very clean. Furniture and decor are offering a warm friendly atmosphere. One of the very few McDonald restaurants I would put a rating on.

As always, a bad experience at this location. Don’t bother with their curbside pick up. Every time I have ever ordered curbside here I have waited more than 15 minutes from the time I check in until the food actually comes out. Today I waited 24 minutes for my food to come out cold, missing 1 drink, 1 burger and an incorrect side in my kid’s meal. Instead of going in, we circled the drive through to address the issues in our order. They had us pull ahead and wait for the corrections to be made. We waited there for an additional 15 minutes.

The food here is very inconsistent—some days the fries are perfectly salted, other days there isn’t a speck of salt on them. The soda fountain also seems to be constantly out of syrup. The drive-through is always extremely slow, but if you go inside, you usually get your food right away. Overall, it works as a last resort for a meal, but there are definitely better options nearby.

The food was okay per se. It was the lack of food and wrong food that I’d like to complain about. I used the app and went down to pick it up curbside. It took 15 minutes to get there, then after signing in, it took them almost 40 minutes to bring out my food. I was buying for my sister, my daughter and my two granddaughters (as well as myself) and spent $50, which I rarely do because I can’t afford it. When I got home, I found that both Happy Meals were missing their drinks, the Grinch Meal was missing the sauces for the nuggets (now, I wont eat the nuggets without the sauce) and one of the large drinks was wrong (now my sister doesn’t have a drink because she doesn’t like Dr. Pepper). I’m thoroughly disappointed in this order. I might add that when the two associates brought the meals out to me, there was no interaction between them and myself. They didn’t even look at me so even if I had known of all the errors at the time, they never gave me the opportunity to address them as they were too busy chatting with one another. There weren’t even any responses to the several “thank yous” that I had offered. Really a very cold transaction.

The last few times we have stopped in here, the food has had a weird taste, like they haven’t changed their fryer oil in a long time. It has given us stomachaches. I’m not taking my family back here for awhile. The workers are usually very friendly. What always bothered me about this place was that the owner has been reluctant to join in on national McDonalds specials, like the $1.00 sodas for example. When this first came out across the country, this location did not participate. They do have the advertised soda prices now.

I waited 40 mins inside for a order that was not that large. Half was cold and the other half was missing items. The cold items I was told because the sauce…… yet the new one came out hot and fresh. I never complain or leave reviews unless its warranted so that’s how bad it was. I did however have a front row seat to watch multiple staff take multiple smoke breaks when they were very busy. The 2 men working on keeping it clean working very hard non stop for the demand of trash kudos to them!

Not only can they never get your order right, the employees make it seem like it’s your fault. Whether you eat in, order for to go, drive thru, or order through DoorDash, their service sucks. They never seem to get things right and they never have what they offer. Just an alarmingly bad place. The McDonald’s corporation would be appalled by this place.

The food was maybe ok as we were “starving” when we stopped.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and smelled like a barn! No bathroom tissue in 2 stalls, non flushing toilet, no soap. How do employees wash after using the bathroom? YUCK AND EWW!
When I told the girl at the counter she said I know and went about her business without tending to or telling anyone to fix the problem!

Yall need to get a new manager. I ordered from the app for my husband using my points. He gets to the store, they read off the order number and my name (since i was using the app my name was there). Mind you I’m on the phone with him and can hear everything going on. They then proceeded to NOT give him the order and when he spoke to the manager she told him word for word “it’s not my problem” and that he wasn’t getting the order.
