I used the drive through… Got cod dinner with onion rings and coleslaw and bread. And Dr pepper float. Food was great.
They didn’t give me any napkins or straw.

I have never had a bad experience here until tonight. My food was ice cold. My burger was so cold the cheese wasnt melted and also 2 Employees on their phones while working and had their calls on speaker phone. Unless your on break you shouldn’t be on your phones while on the clock. Just my opinion. I hope the manager sees this.

This is got to be one of the best and cleanest Culver’s that I’ve been to. The staff is amazing. Jeff, the general manager is absolutely wonderful. He is very courteous and professional and assured that we had everything we needed to have a wonderful encounter at his restaurant. He even gave us a salute to us veterans, which is really appreciated.
I Highly recommend this location to anyone. The custard is amazing. And the staff has a friendly smile. Great job Jeff. Bravo.

My mom & I decided to eat & dine in @ Culver’s. We ordered the mushroom burger & cheese fries… The burger was absolutely delicious & the fries were nice & hot! The tea was also very good! The quality of food is excellent, especially since Jeff Wisdom took over as the GM of this restaurant. Well done!

Came in for lunch (Dec. 19th, 2025 @ 10:57 am). The guy taking my order was rude. Kept cutting me off when trying to order. Never greeted or thanked me. Had to repeat my order 4 times because he kept getting it wrong. Not sure what happened, but this used to be a good Culver’s to come to when shopping at the outlets. Service is going downhill. Food was excellent. Service is poor. Even when the girl brought my tray, she set it so close to the edge of the table it almost fell off. Then she just walked away. Never said a word.

Always a great experience at Culver’s. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. You can’t go wrong with a ButterBurger and crinkle-cut fries. The frozen custard is a must try, especially the flavor of the day. Staff is friendly, polite, and the service is fast even when it’s busy. The restaurant is clean and well kept and the atmosphere is relaxed. Easily one of the best fast casual spots around.

Very busy….that’s ok…but they didn’t give us a number & we were dining in….so we had to wait at the front.
15 minutes later,the guys across from us got our food..I mentioned to them I BELIEVE YOU GOT OUR FOOD lol
Long story short…employee threw out all that food and we had to wait another 10 minutes…cashier gave out 2 of the same number…Uggggg….Wasteful!!

Visited here on the way to the outlet! Not too crowded. Restrooms were clean and stocked. The lobby was clean but could’ve used some stocking at the condiment station. Food was amazing, hot and delivered quickly. I would recommend
