Ordered the Birria tacos. The presentation was solid, but the tacos were so underwhelming The meat was tender yet bland. The broth matched the flavor of the meat…bland. All I could taste was spice, the kind of spice that catches you in the throat and triggers a cough. No other seasonings to be found. But I did hear others say their brisket tacos were good.

Tacos are smaller than my fists, the chicken was very dry. While being $17. I understand paying for street food but I would at least like it to be good and really flavorful. It was neither.
Also it wouldn’t hurt the man who owns it to crack a smile at his customers rather than have rbf the entire interaction, basic hospitality. Not hard to learn, hope he does better 🙂

We used El Tlaloc food truck for a car show. Bryant was absolutely amazing and sweet. The food was incredible and everyone loved the birria tacos as well as nachos. We have used El Tlaloc for catering for our corporate holiday party. We had about 40 people with different food needs.We wanted to be very cautious of our staff with dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and various allergies. El Tlaloc was very helpful in providing food that would work for everyone. We had ordered guac, salsa, chips, steak tacos, vegan tacos, and chicken tacos. Everything was very delicious! Everyone at a party loved their food, and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. I was happy that we went with them. Food was delivered promptly, staff was extremely nice, and answered every question I had. If you need great catering, go with them! You will not regret. I’m looking forward to work with them again in the future.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This food truck ruined the whole festival for me and my family. Every other food truck had half the wait time than El Tlaloc. I know this because we had friends that waited in other lines with better luck. I spent over 2.5 hours in line to get my mediocre food. There were 6 or 7 people in line that got they’re food before us and they ordered way more than we did. I have never been so disrespected as a customer before today. And honestly chipotle makes a better burrito.

For $12, a heft burrito or 3 tacos was a good amount. It was done within 5 or so minutes. The tacos could use extra sauce if you just get onions and cilantro, so go heavy on the mild green sauce and the medium red sauce at the window upon leaving. They take cash and card, perfect after-bar food if you’d rather eat outside (or some bars sometimes let you bring in food)

From start to finish, they made the process of booking them for service, tasting the food and then catering the event, easy and enjoyable. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all our guests.
