Was missing a breakfast sandwich so I went back through drive through and let them know. I was prompted to hand my entire order back to them and pull up to the white line. A lady manager then walked out to me and started to argue with me demanding me to give her the “second sandwich” that she knew was in the bag. I had to repeat myself 4x that I didn’t have a second sandwich in my bag, that’s why I came back. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Very unprofessional and rude. I shouldn’t have to fight with someone to have the correct items I had ordered!

The young lady who was the manager was amazing and kind! The drinks weren’t ready for my order and she rushed to get them for me. This is my favorite McDonald’s in the area.

They have a 100 A score, don’t see that every day. The drive thru is super fast and my order is always correct. A young lady named Holly is always friendly and working hard to keep the dining area clean and tidy, taking orders and risking her life taking curbside orders out to lot. As soon as she make the drink station and floor nice and clean a line of messy folks spill drinks on the counter and floor again especially kids who don’t have any business getting drinks if they can’t keep it in the cup. Maybe they should do like chick FIL and put drinks behind the counter and staff fill the drinks for customers if customers can’t keep it in the cup. Staff is friendly. Cons:Watch your footing tile is a slip liability. Watch for cars they speed around the building almost run you over and I’ve seen car accidents in the lot as well. Slow down and be courteous. Will keep this location on my lunch rotation.

Ate outside, food was brought out to us very fast, everything was hot and fresh (which is a rarity at most McDonald’s) only complaint is it seems your fires are skinnier yet your prices are more expensive. You ain’t fooling nobody lol

Had a problem with the app and my reward points disappeared, the girl on the intercom just kept repeating u need a code when I told her my order disappeared but it still took my points. SAD. Can’t find anyone who cares anymore just a bunch of robots waiting for paychecks.

The fries were nice and crispy and taste it fresh out of the fryer. My wife’s McChicken was very good. My McDouble was lukewarm. It was good but it wasn’t very hot.

We paid for the deluxe McCrispy which is around six bucks. But the chicken is very dry and old looking. The chicken was small (about half the buns)

Nice friendly drive thru service, food is good I haven’t gone inside yet that’s the only reason for the 4 stars,. BTW stay away from the Wendy’s next door especially late evening, last time I went there I got 2 burgers with fries the burgers were dried up and hard also cold, the french fries were cold as well… horrible…. Update: McDonald’s what’s going on with the size of your burgers these days ? The price of the burgers go up and the burgers get smaller and they tell you that smaller is better , sure it is at a higher price really ???
