While I understand today is a Halloween, I find it no excuse for the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. I stopped in and stood there for 5 minutes while not one single person acknowledged that I was there only to finally get greeted by a rude lady that cut me off while I was mid sentence. She stated that they were only making jack-o pizzas and nothing else, and didn’t someone tell me that when I walked in? I said no, and she continued to go off saying how they have made over 900 pizzas and were just a small store. All of this I get. But the delivery in which in was all stated left a bad taste in my mouth. I politely said never mind and drove over to the Apple Valley store and they were as friendly as could be. They were inviting and seemed to have great communication throughout their team members. You could tell the atmosphere was so much lighter than the Lakeville one.

On May 15th 2025 around 3pm I ordered a family 5 meat stuffed. There was no sausages just extra hamburger. Something is wrong with the dough as if it was old or gooey. You can see 2 different slices!! I Did a walk in…

The Lakeville (Heritage Ave.) location has definitely upped their game. Prompt, professional and friendly staff with excellent customer service. This store has struggled for years, so good to see that they have made changes for the best.

Been coming here for years,tonight I saw the pizza dough come straight out of the fridge in the other room after ordering. Perhaps that could be the reason both thin crusts pizzas had gooey dough even though the top of the crust is browns and the topping are nice and hot. Please consider getting Thur pizza dough out earlier as I have seen done before

Placed an order in the app for pick up. Somehow I unknowingly selected remove cheese. Definitely can’t say how this happened because i only clicked on add toppings. When i picked up pizza and noticed there was no cheese i asked the manager to please add, it was ordered incorrectly. True mistake. She was incredibly rude and proceeded to tell me that since it was an online order that i would have to pay $4 to add cheese in store. This is absurd! The pizza is supposed to come with cheese at the price i paid. I certainly didn’t receive a $4 discount on a pizza without cheese! She told me if she just added the cheese for me that she would be out $7 in cheese inventory. She finally threw her hands up and said she would pay for it herself. The other employee added cheese and i left. I will not be returning to this location because of this women’s behavior. Not worth it.
