My fiance and I went here a little past 2:30pm today and we got a hot and fresh ready pizza with cheezy bread seasoning and butter and garlic added to it. Usually when we order this, we get an attitude about it and its usually half cold but we decided to try again today and I think her name is Jayla or Jayden and she took care of us and made us the BEST pizza ever. And she was so polite. I really appreciate how nice she was and how good she made our pizza. My son loved it. Keep up the good work girl. Youre awseome

I’ve been a customer to this location for over a decade. I could care about the customer service, but I’m just here to get a pizza or two out of the machine. Many years ago, they had the best pizza in town – it was seldom to have issues with your order. As of the past 2 years, I go less and less than I used to. As of recently, I’ve made the decision to not buy from here.
When it comes to issues, I’ve had them all – from uncut pizzas, to pools of grease leaking out of the box, to undercooked pizza that definitely caused sickness, to pizzas having to be received at the counter and the workers tossing them at me resulting in shifting the whole face of the pizza to 4 slices only… lol. Lucky I didn’t toss it back, THAT would have been worth my 7 bucks.
I don’t recommend this LC. I won’t even sponsor another LC even if they make good pizza, after all my years of being a customer that never made any complaints and never asked for a refund or remake, they treat me like this. Not anymore

Little Caesar’s is cheap for a reason, I’ve gone in 3 times asking for extra butter and cheese on my bread sticks. When I get home I see that they did not do as I requested. I asked the person last time if they indeed put extra cheese and he said yes. So that was a lie. They just want you to leave as soon as possible. The kids in the back were cussing and talking about things that should never be talked about in a work place where women and children can hear from the lobby!!

Don’t waste your time coming here. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with 2 orders of crazy bread and it took 30 mins for me to get it. 5 people got their orders before me and their excuse was “It was a mess up.” It was stupidity all around.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. I’ve given them several tries and even confronted what I assume is the manager. The quality and lack of care of their products is absurd and disappointing. They never have enough cheese on them, even when I paid extra for extra cheese, I could still see the sauce and crust through the cheese. It’s very dry and often seems like a lack of caring, they just throw it together as cheaply as possible and that’s it. If you are going to go to a little Ceasars, I recommend the one in Eastlake on vine street, they will actually take care of you and give you a good proportion of toppings requested. Do not go to the painesville little Ceasars, it’s a waste of your money and time. The pictured pizza is a supreme with extra cheese (supposedly) from the painesville location.

Not sure what happened to this location but I am done with trying. A few weeks ago I picked up a couple hot and ready pizzas, drove 20 minutes home and opened them up and they were over cooked and dried out, like they were sitting in the warmer for days. Drove all the way back for new pizzas and those were also over cooked but at least freshly over cooked. This pizza….this was a disaster. Got 3 pizzas, all were very disappointing. This was a thin crust, extra cheese, guess they misread and added almost no cheese? My deep dish cheese was the same way. Quality control is non existent, and the price is no better than any other pizza chain. Very disappointed, we used to love it here.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and pepperoni puffs and I’ve been waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes. I was told they didn’t cook the puffs right and they had to remake them, so now my pizza isnt going to be fresh by the time I get home.

They did a horrible job at making sure the pizza was fresh. I had to go back to the store to get a new one. The customer service is trash, the short blonde always has an attitude, poor customer service. And they don’t greet you when you walk in, you have to stand for at least a minute or two until someone comes from the back.

Pizza tasted gooey , I removed the cheese to reveal it was barley cooked!! Got 3 different pizzas and none of them were cooked. I wouldn’t recommend this little Cesars this isn’t the first problem I had but it will be the last. Not throwing away $40 again.
