Everything was fine till we were in the drive thru waiting for our change and food we had 100$ dollar bill that had to be broken up and I understand it’s stressful breaking up change but after the wait the manager forgot to give us our change back it wasn’t till another worker asked us “did she forget to give you you’re change” and we replied back yes after that we pulled up to wait for our food every time we talked to a worker or said thank you we had gotten no reply back just a whicked glare like i personally offended them I get it you work with the public I understand it stressful and we made it pretty clear that we understood but only ever got the look of a death glare back while also waiting for our food the customers behind us starting honking at us or the workers. after we finally got our food just to pull it out to find the burgers were burnt to a crisp and everything on the burger just tossed around like there was no care making it

I came in on Christmas Eve in the drive-through. There was a very long line and they were extremely busy. I could not get my app to work properly at the window, but Destiny J. was the sweetest person! She was so kind and patient with me especially with them being so busy on this holiday night. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered 3 sausage and egg mcmuffins, one hashbrown, and a mocha frappe. Ordered takeout from kiosk and got home only to realize that each mcmuffin looked like it was dropped on the floor. Full of dirt and hair.
I filed at least 15 complaints through the app as well as numerous phone calls to McDonald’s support phone line. Nothing has been done to resolve or acknowledge the problem.
The store should be overhauled and under responsible management.

This McDonald’s is the worst I’ve been to.
Most of the employees unpleasant, making it extremely obvious they hate their job. Do not expect a smile or a greeting when you walk in.
The food is below subpar; you can never get fresh fries, the sandwiches are slopped together, and their oil regularly is dirty which makes me wonder how often they are actually cleaning and filtering their fryers.
I’ve ordered my son a happy meal three times, each time I was given a regular toy when asked for a toddler toy and I have not received a single sliced apple any time I order.
As a former McDonald’s employee I understand how difficult the job can be at times, but every single visit there is an issue, when will this store and managers take this job seriously?

They took a bite out of my sandwich. This place needs to be shut down. That’s disgusting. I will be contacting corporate aswell i will be bringing it to the managers attention first thing in the morning and they will be refunding me for this whole order. I dont feel safe eating anything now!!.. they get mad when you go there before they close and do things like this.

This was absolutely my worst experience at McDonalds.
Last night I went to go get me some food. I ordered a medium fry with 3 sandwiches and a 20 piece. I drive 15 minutes back home and started to hand out food. When I sat down to eat my nuggets i instantly regretted biting into my nugget. Is was completely under cooked! Then I thought maybe it was just that one. So I cut about 2-3 other nuggets open and I was just disgusted that I was served this as food! So now I have to drive the 15 minutes back to McDonald’s because they did not answer the phone and I called 2x. Once I arrived at McDonald’s I told them what had happened. They offered to give me another 20 piece but that’s it. Not my money back not a sorry! Absolutely nothing. Now I already had stopped going to this McDonald’s because about 2 months ago I ordered food for pick up and paid online. When I got the the McDonalds they claimed they did not get my order when I I had the receipt on my phone and it said the exact store but they still refused to give me my food and or my money back! And I spent a total of $18.79. I ask for a management number but I got a number that no one ever answered! So I was completely beat out of money and never got my food! Please don’t go here if you want good service! And good food!

The girl taking my order was completely incompetent and I had to tell her my order like 4 times. Somehow my sausage egg and cheese got translated into a room temperature ham egg and cheese and my black coffee became a latte with enough sugar to kill a small child. The employees were rude and could not have cared less about what they were doing. Horrible experience here even for a McDonalds.
