After waiting 20 minutes for the food, only to get home and found out the big Mac has no meat in it. And they forgot to give us any sauce for the nuggets. This is not the.first time they messed up my order at this location.

every time i go here without fail the fries are hardly filled up. If i order a large fry I want it actually filled all the way, sometimes i barely get a small fry amount in there. If that means waiting a little longer for more fries to come out of the frier then that is fine because then at least i’ll get what i payed for

This McDonald’s is a great place! They always pump out the food on time, and it’s consistently hot and fresh every visit. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and keeps things moving smoothly even when it’s busy.
Fast service, fresh food, and great customer care — can’t ask for much more. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Literaly just went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 oreo mcflurries with hot fudge on top. Starting eating and realized it was just a cup of ice cream with some sprinkles of ore and hot fudge. The oreo was not mixed at all. Is this normal. I wa very disappointed after spending almost $10 on these 2 cups of ice cream topped with a tiny bit of orea and hot fudge. Definitely will not order again. And it’s been years and years since I got ice cream at mcdonalds. Very disappointed.

The employee at the drive thru window was being incredibly rude, and no one in the entire staff knew what we ordered. We waited for 10 minutes, only for us to recive a 4 piece nugget instead of 6. We asked them to replace the food and give us our six, but again they had no idea what we ordered so they said no. So we paid you 20 dollars for food in total, and you dont want to try and find our order you took 2 minutes ago? Will not come back.

I had an issue with the curbside order and had to go in which is fine, but they basically lost my order and I had to wait a while for it. When we got home, our 10 piece chicken nugget only had 6 in it. The woman at the counter was really nice though, and apologized for what happened, which is the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. I also was spoken to by another customer who said they lost her order too, and she had to wait even longer than me.

Very nice location restaurant, staff were all very friendly and very fast with service. Manager made me fresh coffee at 6:47 pm and did not have a problem with my request. Very clean restaurant and restrooms were very clean. List of parking spots available.

Great new mcdonalds to stop at just make sure you say you want a meal even though you give the meal number as they have only charged and given us the burger and soda vs the whole meal a few times. Also check before you leave for your sauce. Otherwise a great place to stop and get food. Usually the slushy machine works and havent heard them say the ice cream is down yet.

21 minutes in the lobby for 2 happy meals and 1 chicken sandwich. Multiple orders filled ahead, manager had to re-ring in the cheeseburger because it was made wrong multiple times (cheese & ketchup only).
Staff is very inattentive. Walk by multiple customers without making eye contact or even speaking to them.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal with a large orange juice and an entree of a bacon egg & cheese biscuit made it very clear that is what I wanted and the lady named Sidel which is on my receipt gave me a biscuit with just 2 strips of bacon on it. To top it off I wasn’t finished ordering and i wanted to order coffee and because I was using my app she already charged and closed the order so I got no coffee. So driving home I went to 7Brew and got an AMAZING coffee as I got mad at that lady closing the order & charging me through the app. I live 5 miles from this location and when I got home I noticed the biscuit sandwiches with just Bacon in them. You can’t call the location to complain because it goes to a recording and hangs up on you. I will NEVER go back to this McDonald’s as this is not the 1st time they have messed up my order. So much for having breakfast with my husband.
