I went through the drive thur and ordered food. I got to the window to pay. In the middle of paying the system for paying went down. I waited for 10mins and nothing. The cashier was rude and I asked for the the manager and she was not any help. She was trying to hide until I asked for area manager number. I was on lunch and I had to ask for my food to be comped. So I could eat before returning to work. No one was informed about system crashing. Very unprofessional and I’m never returning

This McDonalds just keeps going downhill over the last few months, employees and slow and inefficient, always distracted and not on task. Cant even get a simple mcdouble and fries without waiting half an hour.

I don’t think the people working here even attempted to get my order right. I received everything on my burger I asked to NOT be on my burger and didn’t receive the cheese I asked and was charged for. I’ve never been so disappointed by a McDonald’s before.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered happy meals something was missing. First neither of the 2 boxes had a toy, next both no apple slices then both no fries. I’m gonna have to start sending this place invoices for all the money they owe me. No issues with food quality and employees have always been friendly.
