Stopped by here on Saturday March 7, 2026 with my girlfriend for the Shamrock Shake which she has never tried before and we decided to get meals to go.
She got the Number 2 a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Bacon and I got the Number 1 a Big Mac.
In spite of this McDonald’s being busy, understaffed and overwhelmed the employee who took our order although frustrated with the situation ensured great service for their Customers I wish I got his name to mention him in this review.
Although we got our order as takeout the food, drinks and service were great.

By far the slowest McDonalds I’ve been to. Consistently 30-45 minutes to get through the drive-thru. I was only a few cars from the speaker and it still took 37 minutes to get food tonight. Far more cars left the drive-thru than actually went through it. You could arrive at this McDonalds, order a pizza from the place across the street, and the pizza would be done before you made it to the McDonalds pickup window. I’ve had this exact experience 10+ times at this location.

Staff goofing around and too loud to ignore. Waited over 15 minutes for food even though place was empty and there were lots of employees working. Food tasted so off, we decided not to finish it. This was the first time I experienced bad tasting food there but not the first time the staff caught my attention.

They need employees in there to help that poor girl with glasses. She only has one cook, ten cars in drive through and 4 of us inside. We waited ten minutes and realized it was just her working with barely any help and left without ordering hoping it’d be easier on her. She could only focus on the driveway we didn’t even get greeted.

There are a select few employees who work hard —- this is not a reflection of them. Since the new ownership this location has gone downhill. They clearly don’t care about customers or employees.
Each drive thru visit in the last few months takes 30-45 minutes. Every single visit. I worked for MCDS for 10 1/2 years and I have never seen a drive thru move so slow. Something has to change. Once we finally get the food it’s always cold. I’m assuming it’s being made haphazardly and then just sitting there. Cold sandwiches and cold fries because the line isn’t moving.. very frustrating. I hope that the owners attempt to fix this disaster.

FAST food not provided fast. Not even meandering. My grandma moves faster and she’s 90.
Go have a sit down restaurant dinner. Go start a crockpot dinner.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I thought this was a fast food restaurant not the high school cafeteria with the workers drama. The wait is longer than standstill on route 95 in rush hour.

This is the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to by far in my life. Every time I come here, I have to wait for over 30 minutes for food, i’ve tried to order counter pickup and the doors are always locked, at that point I wait FOREVER to grab my food at the window, where its ice cold, so dont bother.. You could butcher and cook your own cow in the time it takes this mcdonalds to prepare a single cheese burger.
