I have been living in littlestown for two years around the corner from this McDonald’s and every time I come here my order is wrong. I have never ordered anything and the order be exactly what I asked for .. It is so frustrating having to drive back to have to ask for what they are missing. Something have to change.. new management or something because somebody doesnt know how to follow simple instructions on a screen

This McDonalds in Littlestown is the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The service is slow mismanaged and undertrained. The food is consistently poorly cooked. Every time I go through the drive through I am asked to pull forward and wait for my meal , in multiple instances the food took over 10 minutes to be brought out to me or I had to go inside to remind the manager I was there . The sad part is this is a constant problem at this location extending for more than 7 years .

Excellent experience. The good was delicious. The lobby was clean. Lyndsey was above and beyond sweet and helpful. I also watched her assist a customer work an app order. He was so happy with her help.

Found a black hair in my crispy chicken sandwich. Picture included. Their 2nd attempt had a dead fly in the box. Sorry no Picture I was so discussed I threw it out. The manager made that one special for us. What a joke. Careful with this place. Our visit date was 8-6-21 around 8:30pm.

Got in drive-thru 10:30 ordered 2 sausage muffins 1 hash round and a small iced coffee was told to pull to the railing. 11:30am came out with 2 cheeseburgers order of fries and a Coke???????? Never again!!!!!

This is THE WORST store in the area, your better off going literally anywhere else. Order is always wrong, save yourself the trouble and just dont order here. Food quality is what you would expect and is not the complaint. It’s the ACCURACY or lack of accuracy that is unbelievable.
