McDonald’s has really jumped the shark. The service is impersonal as they push customers to the kiosks. Food quality has decreased with every new option offered. And the pricing is much too high. They are trying to do too much, and the result is a poor quality product and poor service … not to mention lots of costs that get passed on to the customer as higher prices. McDonald’s really should get back to basics. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Went through the drive through for some dinner after a long night at work. Went through around 9:30.. 7/24… just got home about 15 minutes ago. Customer service was absolutely horrible! They rush you, give you an attitude and could care less about taking your order. And then this sorry excuse for a sandwich.. what even is this? If you don’t care about your job then maybe don’t work there. You guys want to be paid more on the hour but can’t even take your time when making food or be nice to the people coming through the drive through. I’m done coming here.

The customer service drive thru is terrible. You can pull up first when there are no cars waiting and no one says anything to take your order. They literally sit there on mute and wait for 5 more cars to pull into behind you and the additional drive thru. They do not take orders in order of who was there first. Go to a different McDonald’s.
