I asked for no meat as I do not eat bacon. It clearly states it on the receipt and their printed paper. I called and they told me to bring it back. I explained I could not since I had to be at work. They told me to save the food for next time and they will replace it. The manager became aggressive on the phone and told me that I have to save the food and bring it back Monday and that is all they are doing.

This is ridiculous yall need to allow uber eats drivers and doordashers use your drive through its almost 1am and you had like 9 cars all waiting to pick up their orders when i arrived with my friend to pick up a delivery, shes a female and she doesn’t feel comfortable in large groups of guys and yall just said whenever we tried to go to drive through we had to go to the pick up window …..well that’s bs you expect 9 people to call whenever you could just handle them all through the drive through like normal it would solve alot of headache and people waiting around

Was in the DT around 5:20 am the lady in the 1st window was extremely nice and then when i got to the 2nd window im guessing the lady there was a manager didnt even say one word to me at all. Didn’t even ask if I wanted ketchup. Got my food and the sandwich was ok and the hash browns were cold

Me and my boyfriend ordered the Grinch meal, For curbside, I sat there waiting for almost 20 minutes and by the time my boyfriends came out, his fries were already cold and my order still didn’t come out and we had to go in the drive thru to get mine and when my boyfriend spoke in the speaker and talked about the issue and the fries were cold we heard “omg” in the mic and to pull around the second window and been waiting so long they had poor customer service, poor speed, was the worst experience Ive had here. Been waiting almost an hour now..

Ordered curbside around 10:30 PM. Sat there for about 20 minutes and nobody showed up. Went to the drive thru and was rudely shouted “We’re closed!” Despite apparently being closed, the app still let me put in an order and Google still says they’re open 24 hours. Employees made me sit for 20 minutes wasting my time in the curbside spot and did nothing.

I went here today to place an order. i placed my order on the kiosk and i went up to the register to pay for my order and the employees were talking and they turned around and just stared at me and went back to talking and acting like i wasn’t there. I had to wait until an employee came from delivering an order outside so when he got back inside he could help me out. Than on top of that, i got old fries, and old chicken nuggets. the chicken nuggets were stale and the fries were brown and soggy. not pleasant with my customer service today.

I really like McDonalds food, and their App was always easy to use (probably the best in the business). But, almost every one of their locations have become focused on delivery to the exclusion of regular customers. This locations is no exception. Today I ordered three (3) burgers and one (1) order of fries in the App; went through the drive-thru; was directed to park int he “Drive-Thru” parking area; After 15 minutes went into the store to see if I had been forgotten. The staff was hustling, filling large shopping bags for the many delivery drivers waiting.
I asked about my food and was handed my bag of very cold food that had to be reheated at home.
I’m close to abandoning McD’s, as they have apparently already abandoned their non-delivery customer base.

This McDonald’s constantly screws up orders, and sometimes multiple times in a row on the same order. They are clearly not paying attention to what they’re doing. 2 different times now they’ve put the right sticker on the wrong bag. Idk what the deal is, but this one is not ran well at all.
