Worst. McDonald’s. Ever. You can’t order your food how you want, they charge for a packet of mayo!!! Seen a worker pick up food off of the floor, threw it away and continued to bag orders, WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!!
No ice in one of the dispensers, another customer said there isn’t ever any ice in it. Soda dispenser is really old, you can’t get ice without getting orange Fanta on your sleeve because the lever is so close to the ice, NOT GOOD IF YOU ARE DIABETIC AND CAN’T HAVE ANY SUGAR!! The floors were dirty and there was a puddle of water in front of the soda machine, a wet floor sign was put in place but a mop would have helped a while lot more with the large puddle, I almost slipped on the floor. No straws and out of napkins at the soda machines! AND THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU FOR CONDIMENTS!! WHEN YOU HAVE A LARGE ORDER!! NOPE!!!!

This location is horrible, I placed an order on the app to be ahead only to have to pull up and wait! The young girl working the drive through shouldn’t have been working the drive through handing out food she was ignorant had problems with eye rolling, etc. The guy running the show in the store assuming store manager needs a lesson on how to manage he trying to act all tuff! Anyway I pull up after the store manager asked only to get cold egg and sausage and burnt muffin sandwiches!

If I could leave no stars I would. Use the mobile app to order 20 mins before arrival just a simple hamburger happy meal get pulled into a parking spot for another 20 mins. This place is a joke meanwhile you have 15 workers in there standing around doing absolutely nothing. Seriously do better. Keep the ice cold happy meal you finally brought out.

Almost like every other McDonald’s long wait times people these days don’t know how to multitask. Don’t know how many times I’ve waited for at least 10 minutes for a freaking coffee that they always get wrong. Good place though if you’d like to sit in your vehicle and wait. went to McDonald’s to see if there was any improvement today for breakfast. No wait time today but I did get a burnt egg McMuffin so no improvement. I wouldn’t eat at this place ever again if they gave me the food!!

Dosent matter how you order here. You can order ahead and they will still make you wait. At this point I feel like they had to wait for the chicken to lay the egg. Speed of service is your whole game and you’re not good at it. Whoever bought this one the last time it sold can you please sell it to someone else that understands the game

This is the worst ran establishment as far as McDonald’s go. The “general manager” that says her name is Maddie was so rude to me. After paying $36.52 for two meals on the app, I was told something was wrong with their system and I would need to reorder to get my order. You wait forever there so here I thought ordering on their app was a safe bet to have faster service…turns out I was very wrong. This woman was rattled from the second I asked to speak to a manager and clearly does not know how to properly deal with the public and has zero customer service skills. Very slow at filing your order, garunteed you’ll have to wait for your food. Everyone that goes through the drive through is made to pull into a parting spot because your food is not ready. We have placed an order through the app 10 minutes before and still had to wait for our food. Very, very poor management, extremely poor management.

doesnt matter if you order ahead of time or at the window or inside. it’s guaranteed to take literally 25 minutes AND be messed up. don’t come here. you’re better off driving to Mifflintown

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to as far as getting orders right. We have gone through drive-thru several Sunday mornings usually only 1- 2 cars in front of us. Each time they still have us pull to the side and wait at least 10 minutes. Every single time they get our sandwich order wrong. Today we took it back into the store and they got it wrong the 2nd time! We won’t be going back.
