When you arrive it’s like you’re either going to crash or you’re going to be able to park everybody it’s horrible and like I don’t know why they don’t let you in once you’re in everybody’s trying to get out at the same time everybody’s trying to get in line the line is really long when you finally get to the intercom the person is rude mumbling can’t answer your questions like I get it it’s not the best job but would you rather not have customers

I don’t know why I kept going to the burger place down the street… cause this place is awesome. Food is fast and hot. Customer service is above and beyond. The place is clean and cool. It doesn’t have roaches like the other place (Burger King).

I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and they charge me a jumbo jack with cheese and didn’t put any cheese. They robbed me of a cheese burger. Never again I will eat here. I tried calling the store…message box is full. Don’t eat here.

This place is the boom! Meet the manager Ivoon, very nice and meet the team leader David A. This guy is super active hyper that he’ll treat you like family.
This facility is clean and well maintain and when ever you also meet staff here they will serve you with a good attitude.
Jack in the box food resturants is way beyond tasteful than MacDonald.
Prices ranges from $- $$ very affordable.
This location is awesome because the staff makes it the best stay here.

I specified exactly what i wanted on my burger to the cashier and was even on the receipt. But still they got the order wrong and didnt offer me to fix it…Manager ended up making me a second one for free

I ordered a sweet mocha ice coffee and I received an iced coffee that tasted like the vanilla at first so I went back to replace it. The guy with the glasses at the counter was helpful but the ice coffee didn’t have any flavor the second time. I went back for a refund and the lady on drive thru came over and gave me me an attitude. I don’t know if id be comfortable going and spending my money at a place that treats their customers so poorly.
