Placed a mobile order 25 minutes before arriving here for a quick stop along a road trip with hopes I wouldnt have to wait at all when I arrived, since the app is all big on them tracking location to make sure it’s ready when we are close. Didn’t expect to wait 10+ minutes for a burger, fries, and a couple cookies. Asked for an update, an employee said cookies take two minutes so I was just like…it’s been longer than that but ok…eventually got em a minute later but definitely won’t be stopping at this McDonald’s on my regular MI to PA road trip anymore

Ordered a sweet tea because I was really craving one. Gave the girl at the window $2 and she said “I have no more change” and handed me my drink. Mind you I waited 10 minutes for a sweet tea AND SHE GAVE ME AN UNSWEETENED TEA WITH NO MONEY BACK. I’m fuming.

Breakfast service here is great! Wonderful staff running the mornings. The service was extremely quick, good communication, and wonderful festive vibes from both the store and employees. Probably the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve seen. 12.19.25

On our drive through we stopped here for a quick coffee and a bathroom break. Staff was friendly and the coffee was fresh. So why only 3 stars? We had to wait about 15 minutes for them to get our coffee!!

Ordered two chicken nugget happy meals. The drive threw attendant was rude and talking to other people while we were ordering and when we asked if they were talking to us he rudely yelled “IM NOT TALKING TO YOU” (mind was blown from the start) One of the happy meals had JUST fries and napkins no nuggets no toy. The second one had nuggets and an EMPTY fry container no toy. Got home to find all this out and my children were obviously upset what child doesn live for a happy new. Had to drive 20 minutes back for them to re make it. To still forget the toys in both. This is the first time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s as it’s off the highway and I really have zero reason to go to it but I for sure will NOT be back lol. How do you put an empty box of fries in a child’s happy meal. And then just chicken and napkins in another. Not sure if they are incompetent or if this was purposely done due to asking if the drew through attendant was talking to us. My mind is just blown.

There are enough parking spots and gas station nearby.
Tables and floor was dirty there wasn’t anyone to clean we ware there for 25-30 minutes I didn’t saw anyone, cheers!

NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER EVER EVER GOT EVERYTHING I ORDERED. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Also always make sure you get your reciept. The managers NEVER answer the phones. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. To still not have my order correct. Big Mac missing slice of cheese. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal only mustard and got a chicken nugget meal. Take some pride in your work.. The sandwiches are literally thrown together. I used to work here, its really not that hard.. Food is almost always cold and fries are usually nasty and over salted. Staff constantly changes because the few who actually care cannot stand to work with a bunch of people who don’t. They should just close this location. It’s sad when the state street location downtown is missed and did better than this location. P.S. If you want fresh fries at ANY mcdonalds ask for French fries WITHOUT salt. They have to make a new batch.
