Honestly, don’t even waste your time coming to this Wendy’s! These people don’t know what they’re doing at this location. Every time I have to stop here I always end up having to park in the parking spot and wait for an additional 20 mins just to get my order. The past 3 times I had to have my boyfriend go inside just to see if they forgot about our order or what is going on. I try to be patient because I work in the food industry as well at a diner so I get it but this is ridiculous. There is no excuse for how long it takes for 3 meals! Will not be coming back anymore!

Good location but lately when i’ve been going they can’t seem to get my flavor of frosty correct. The last 3 times they’ve given me vanilla instead of chocolate and today I did t have the time to wait and have them fix it. It’s just frustrating to spend my money somewhere and constantly have to correct the people who work there especially when i’m placing a mobile order so there’s no room for miscommunication.

The biggie bag was cold so ahhh and nasty, fries were cold and old, the burger was small and sloppy even the drink was watered down the atmosphere was super odd… somebody has to do something about this ! Since when did unauthorized people began to serve people food? I will begin to make my own burgers and fries this is it.

When I was ordering my food this dummy read it back to me each meal we get to the window. We make sure there’s sauce we check the hamburgers we get home. They completely messed up three sandwiches forgot a nugget and a french fry. We go back to the store to get new hamburgers and are missing fry and nugget And still came home with the wrong hamburgers.

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. Despite my past unpleasant experience, I continue to visit this Wendy’s. The staff, particularly the girl with purple hair and the manager with overly long pink eyelashes, are among the worst I’ve encountered. I won’t be returning; I’d prefer to drive 40 minutes to Aurora. Also look at the pictures where my cold fries lay. So if you also like cold fries and staff, this is your place. Otherwise save yourself the trip and make burgers at home!
