Long wait and terribly smashed, disassembled burger when I opened the wrapper. All of the special sauce was leaked outside of the sandwich and smeared on the wrapper. Most of the cheese hanging outside the bun. No receipt given. No napkins given. With no receipt, tried to make complaint to McDonald’s Website for refund or a free burger. Anything at all. They said they sent the request back to Management at this McDs and they’d contact me. This was weeks ago and I’ve still never been contacted back about this issue.

Truly the slowest McDonald’s you can go to no matter the time of day. I work next to it, and it doesn’t matter when you get there, expect at least a 15 minute wait regardless how many people are there. Can’t believe such a high volume store has such poor operations. I’ve truly never experienced anything like this at any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Took me 25 minutes today for them to bring my food to my spot when I preordered on the app and I prematurely hit the “I’m already here” button knowing already how they are. I typically don’t write reviews, but this place is terrible consistently

My burgers are always very poorly assembled. It’s a drive through. Most customers are eating on the road. I have been needing to pull into a parking spot to put my burger ‘back’ together just to be able to eat it. Pickles also seem to have changed, and they are pretty gross.

We stopped by Cranberry Township McDonald’s to try the new McCrispy strips! We’re usually not a McDonald’s family, but we all really enjoyed this treat! The new strips are delicious, especially with the new Chili dip! Of course we had fries, McFlurries, and lemonade, too! Everything hit the spot!
I must admit that the food was really good, AND the decor was so appealing! I love the black, white, and yellow seating! The restaurant has a modern and chic feel—like somewhere I could sit with an iced coffee and work remotely! I can’t tell you the last time I’ve been inside of a McDonalds, and I was impressed! We’ll be going back again, especially for the McCriapy strips!

Supposed to be open until 11 on Sunday night. Got off a flight from Florida and really wanted to try the new Big Arch. I ordered from the app and arrived at 8:02 PM. Sign on drive thru said we closed early at 8 PM. This has happened multiple times at the location on Sundays in the past. Very unreliable

Mostly miserable or confused and stressed out teenagers employed. And I experienced a very long wait. But I didn’t feel the staff was at fault for this. They are simply swamped with customers.
But why? What is it about McDonald’s that people flock too. The rare occasion I visit one of these it’s always the same. The drive through nearly wrapped around that building and the people waiting at the counter.
The staff can’t keep up and the customers are rude. It’s no wonder the staff looks like they hate their job.

This McDonald’s seriously needs to get rid of their worker named Sally and work on customer service. This time around, I ordered the six piece McNuggets and the line was long. It only came with one sauce and, when I requested another sauce, I was yelled at by Sally and she was really horrible. She snapped at me and told me I would have to pay 27 cents more. I said I would and it took her five minutes to run my card with a line running around the building. She was so rude and unfriendly; she made me not want to go back. I’ve been inside before and it is quite dirty. The staff is unfriendly and says rude things, interrupts you, and is all about themselves and not the customers. I am angry with this lady Sally and if they don’t get rid of her, there is something seriously wrong with management.

I don’t understand how everytime I come here the fries are cold and taste like they’ve been sitting there forever, the sweet tea always tastes like extremely watered down unsweetened tea, the chicken nuggets are cold, and my burger is maybe lukewarm if im lucky. How does this happen constantly? It makes absolutely no sense to me.

We took our granddaughter for her first lunch at McDonald’s, one of the main reasons was the children play area. Enjoyed our meal then wandered over to the playground. The standards for cleanliness is zero. I couldn’t believe that the playground equipment hasn’t been cleaned since it opened. It wouldn’t take much to sanitize and wipe the equipment done at least once a day with children playing. Please check it out and see what you can do. Would like to return but not till this area gets a good cleaning. Thanks
