My daughters and I had a very pleasant first experience at this new location. We loved sitting at the little outdoor patio with covered tables and potted flowers. Deshaun took very good care of us. He kindly took out our trays and checked the o see how we were, once bringing my daughter smiley masks. He came out again to ask if he could help us clean the table. It’s rare to see service like this! Love our new Friday hot spot.

Chocolate syrup was out in the shake machine, I can tell because we got a pure white vanilla shake with the tiniest bit of chocolate at the bottom. Instead of changing it and remaking it, the manager told the staff it was fine and she handed it to us anyways. We gave it back and had it remade. Bad training and bad management.

Messed up my order when I was on my way to work in the am. I called spoke with someone. Was told they would send coupons. Gave my info and never received anything. Nothing more annoying when you get breakfast before work and they mess it up.

For a brand new shiny store this McDonald’s has the slowest drive-thru service I’ve ever been to I sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes and was told to pull around the front for additional for an additional 10 minutes I don’t understand why this store is so slow with the drive-thru I’ve never been inside but every time I come to the drive-thru something gets screwed up.

I have been going through the drive thru every single morning at the new McDonald’s in Butler on route 8 Because everything is brand new including the grease and the work space and everything and it just seems soooo fresh right now I just love sausage McMuffin and hash browns I get one of each every morning and have done so for 6 months or so now, of course at different McDonald’s in Butler depending on the way I drive

I paid for extra Carmel on top and under the whipped cream… and the price is usually $3.59 ish…. my order came to $4.06…. this is what I get. And in the morning I get large coffees with 10 cream and 12 sugar but ever get sugar. Everyone here is very rude. I ask to have my order fixed and they give me attitude and scoff at me….. not happy with my service… but this is where I pass on my way to work. Need to teach kids to be more professional…. I work at DQ and my kids would never speak that way!!!!
