Which I would have read the reviews before I came. Never been before but had at my job and was amazing..place was completely empty and racks full of bread ready to be used. I asked for 12 mini sandwiches which would be like 3 footloonga just cut in 3rds. I was told they need 24 hours for catering..I said it’s not catering I just want the 12 mini sandwiches in the box. No we need 24 hours. I ask what’s the difference fro. Ordering 3 footlongs..he says I don’t know but anything in the catering menu requires 24hrs! Dude the place is empty! What do u mean ? Then girl about to make my sandwich sneezes and I ask her to change her clothes. She was irritated..then they slap tomatoes on there so fast did I did not want and he didn’t want to take them off and points to the menu and said u didn’t specify. Well the Ingredients on the menu doesn’t say tomatoes plus I told him it was my first time there!.. I will NEVER EVER go back the customer service is horrible! So I paid $37 for sandwiches probably won’t eat because they are gonna be soagy from tomatoes for my church picnic tmrw. What a waste. These owners need to check in in their establishments cause the workers can care less!

Worse experience ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE. 10 MINS AWAY TO PARMA RIDGEWOOD! food is horrible. My girlfriend and I walk in to get a sandwich and it was dead nobody was there (now I can see why) and the three workers were staring at us the whole time as soon as we walked in nobody greeted a which is fine, but for three workers to stand at one cash register not say nothing to you or your girlfriend and stare at you the whole time so once we viewed the menu and decided what we wanted we walked up to order and white lady taking my order was very very rude and as soon as I told her what kind of sandwich I wanted the other workers started making it before I was able to finish telling them what I wanted which is fine I guess thank god they didn’t put the tomatoes on before I said no tomatoes I mean I guess that’s what it means freak fresh get freaked out by 3 workers with no customer service skills and fast food. Sandwich was a 3/5. Jimmy johns in Parma is way more welcoming and understands to talk to customers

Kept saying they didn’t have things that literally were on the menu. Then refused to give me a tiny side of the jalapeño ranch because it’s used for a special sandwhich. Overall terrible location rockside and staff has no customer service experience

This is the worst Jimmy John’s in the Cleveland area. Orders are almost always wrong or poorly made. The guys working there don’t know their own menu, which isn’t surprising because they’re so incredibly stoned they probably don’t know their own names. This isn’t a one time problem, this is consistent over half a dozen or so visits. Ownership, there are problems at this store that need addressed.

Unwich was poorly wrapped. Even found a couple of bad pieces of lettuce along with the unwich that had to be taken out. Good sandwich overall but the whole unwich was poorly constructed.

Went in for a Vito. We have always asked for the middle bread they throw out to be wrapped in with sandwich. SCOTT ( the 40 ish year old professional manager. ) Said it is policy to throw it out…WE HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN IT THAT WAY SCOTT. We walked out. How ridiculous! We have decided not to put up with BS wanna be people any more. Has this chain lost their mind. We cannot have what we pay for they would rather throw it out??? KEEP IT.
