Passing through the area I had not been to this location before and had no particular expectations. Best McDs I’ve ever had. The fries were fresh, hot and nicely salted. The Quarter Pounder tasted homemade. Great flavor and warm, Well done Portage 🙂

I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. They are what they are. If I wanted gourmet food, I would go elsewhere. The one thing I DO expect, however, is halfway decent customer service. I truly don’t think it’s too much to ask but, somehow, this McDonald’s location fails to deliver it. Consistently. Rude, inattentive and seemingly bothered by the fact that the customer would have the audacity to even come there and order food in the first place. My advice: Wendy’s is right up the road. The food is better and the people are MUCH friendlier. No competition.

Absolutely dreadful, two days on non busy days and i had to drive back to get my things I ordered cause they forgot them. Terrible service with the people and their attitudes, I know it sucks working but at least give a smile or an actual care. After twice of disrespectful service and forgetting my food, I do not recommend going to here. For years I have gone and this year ain’t it.
