This McDonalds restaurant on Wayne Avenue has some of the friendliest employees around. The sandwiches are great. However, the fries are usually lousy. What you see in the photo is what is left from an order of medium fries that I got. About half of the order was inedible because the fries were greasy, soggy, undercooked, and generally AWFUL. I wish I could say that this is abnormal, but it is not. This is how fries are typically cooked at this location. If you want fresh, properly cooked, and crispy fries – look elsewhere.

Kathy helped me with my To-Go order and I’m happy she did because I accidentally sent it to the wrong store! She got me fixed up on the app and food at her location even though I was the one in the wrong with my order! So thankful for her help!

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in many years, I rarely eat fast food. My granddaughter is 3 1/2 and has never been to a McDonald’s, I had promised I would take her for a happy meal as a special treat and took her little brother along who is 2. We went to the Wayne Avenue location. The establishment is clean and the workers are polite and friendly. The fries are just as good as they used to be!! We all had a great time and of course the character in the happy meal was a big hit. I have a feeling we will be going back…

Reasonably quick service. When school’s out the lines are short. Orders are generally 100% correct. Twice in about a dozen visits I got pickles when I asked for no pickles. The lot is accessible from the main road as well as the back alley, which is very convenient. The fries are always on point, even if the burgers can be a little sloppy.

Door dash delivery missing items and the store blames it on the delivery person. The door dash delivery guy didn’t pack our food. Failure to accept responsibility for mistakes and make it right.
