Tbh, the Last few times we have been in, something has been wrong with our order… From Missing something, to taking forever in line(in store and drive through), giving us other people’s food and rude service can’t just pick one time was frustrated with this place. I’m willing to go out of my way at this point to go to outer fast food restaurants

Food wasn’t bad, fries was overly salted. I got the big mac meal for 8 dollars not bad deal the burger seemed super dry with barely any onions. Using the mobile app didn’t go so well this time around I tried to use a app code and they said they needed a manager to override and they was all busy even those my subtotal was ~19 to use the 20% of 10 dollars or more.

Another McDonald’s we will not return to.
Honestly, we don’t expect a lot out of any McDonald’s restaurant. You go there to get fast, mediocre food. But this place needs some help.
We ordered some sandwiches via the kiosk and that experience was fine. The sandwiches were assembled well.
The bathroom situation is dicey. The men’s bathroom literally stunk and had flies in it. It was disgusting. Meanwhile, management sat at their table by the door chatting it up.
Further, my wife asked one of the older girls (presumably a team lead) for honey mustard sauce for her chicken sandwich, and the stare we got back said, “How dare you make me work!”
Very rude and unkind. (This was 9/8 around lunchtime)

If you’re craving two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions – on a sesame seed bun, or any of their many other menu items, this is the place. So, if you’re having a ‘Big Mac attack’ or you’re just plain ‘hangry’, visit the McDonald’s in the SouthTowne Plaza! You deserve a break today — at McDonald’s! :-p.

It is a typical fast food but they now have the self check-in and order yourself kiosk. Not a fan of those. Also took forever to get our food.

I ordered 1 biscuit which was right. 1 cinnamon roll and got 2, 1 mcgriddle that i didn’t get at all and an order of scrambled eggs. I paid almost 3$ for the egg. Not to mention when my son took one bite he spit it out and seen it was very slimy and watery. Was not happy at all. My bill was 18$ and the only thing right was the drinks and 1 sandwich. This is the last time I will stop at this McDonald’s. The last 4 or 5 times I went there my order has been so very wrong. I’m not made of money so when I take my kids to eat it would be nice that they actually get what they want. They don’t eat out very often!
