it was my first time trying this area. i normally don’t have access to a diverse variety of filipino foods with where i’m from, so this specific variation compelled me. it was a bit confusing ordering and the atmosphere was quite stressful, especially with the music blasting and the service rushing. it took a while for me to get my full order. the prices weren’t so bad, however the service looked like they dreaded being there (with no offense). food is alright–i think it’s usually a case of a hit or miss, depending on the day and all. when i had asked for a to-go box, the service dismissed me and forgot about my request until i received help from another customer who was curious of their desserts. i would recommend this location time to time, but to be mindful of the atmosphere and the indifferent service moving forward.

Great pork BBQ with lemon sauce. Grilled eggplant with slices of tomatoes and cucumber doesn’t have alamang or bagoong tho. Service needs to be improved. Disorganized and inefficient staffs. I think the resto is great but needs improvement with the staffs tasks.

Beware of their coffee jelly. I bought yesterday 2/3 and i found out that it was expired! Taste sour! It’s been 9days since it was packed. Should be only good for 3 or 4days since packing day but it’s been there for sale for 9days! I talked to their manager already and told them that i am not for refund money but the way they are selling their food.

Today eat my lunch inside, I notice inside of the food court bad smell ( urine) give me bad headache because the bad smell. It’s possible the bathroom is dirty and the door is open wide.

I usually like the chicken inasal but this time it was just bad, it was dry and overcooked, or had been sitting there since the day before or something! Please do better! I know I should’ve bought something else as it looked like most of the food wasn’t fresh anymore but when you are hungry a turo turo place is the way to go except this time!

9/4/25 food is cold, they think the warm rice will trick you into thinking theyre serving hot food, but i didnt get any rice… i took one bite and decided to go home to warm my cold food up in the microwave… what a shame, the sodas they were selling were room temp…. Its a far and distant cry from when they opened, this is sad

During the lunch they must have atleast 2 servers. The one who’s serving is the same person doing cashier. It took more than 30mins before I got my order. I hope that manager can notice this.

The lolas grandmas need training to speed up the service. There were only 3 people in line and still took them 15-20mins per person. Need to upgrade their strategy and coordination. Slowest service ive ever encountered in vegas. Food is quality and very affordable.
