I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and they gave me a chick sandwich and it wasn’t even edible. Can literally feel your teeth going through the muscle, i frequently have issues at this McDonalds, will not be returning. I’ve sat in the drive through for almost 5 min while the other drive through lane just kept getting their orders placed.

I cant rate food. Been in this line for 40 mins barely moved. Line around building. This has become the norm at this McDonald’s. I’ve watched atleast 10 cars drive off. Door dash drivers waiting over 45 mins inside. Not sure management cares or wishes to fix.

There is something seriously wrong with this place. It’s easily the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately I have to say enough is enough. I can’t keep giving them our business. Every single time the order is wrong and I am forced to wait forever. Tonight was the final straw. Pulled up to my pickup spot and waited over 30 minutes. The guy in the car to my right after waiting forever went inside to see what the problem was and why his order wasn’t coming out. Same with the guy on my left. A kid came out and brought an order to another lady and she told him it wasn’t her order. He came and asked me if it was mine and I told him no and that everyone has been waiting over 30 minutes. He apologized and proceeded to tell me that this McDonald’s sucks. He literally said that. My order finally came and guess what? It was wrong! I ordered 2 happy meals. One with nuggets and one with a hamburger. I also ordered another hamburger on the side for my daughter. Both happy meals arrived with no fries. One had 2 packs of apples for some reason and the extra hamburger was completely missing. Went inside to tell them and I couldn’t even get it fixed because no employees were helping customers. There were people standing waiting to place orders and one turned to me and just said “good luck” because no employees were helping customers. This is pathetic. They should just shut this McDonald’s down and put something else there. What a joke this location has become. I lit had to just go home knowing that I paid for a bunch of stuff that I didn’t even receive. Absolutely horrendous.

We frequently visit here. They are usually fast, get orders right, and the staff is respectful and pleasant. I have gotten orders that were wrong, but they fixed them and they were kind about it. I’ll be back, and can say that I recommend this establishment. Always good customer service too.

This McDonalds is usually slow, but today was unreal. I spoke with a woman that had been in the drive thru for over an hour and they still got her order wrong and she had been waiting inside an additional half hour. I ordered a single McMuffin sandwich and waited a half an hour, but was going to be late for another event. I ended up canceling my order. The manager was explaining that they had too many people off. However, as she talked she stopped working. She was sweet and I felt band, but imho she did not have the skill set to be in management.

I only gave it 2 stars because my fries were still hot. When I got to the window I was greeted by a not so friendly face. After she handed me my order (which was missing the drink) she stared at me blankly saying nothing, so i asked for my drink. Her response was what took the cake.
She says, “What? What drink? What is it?” I sat at that pickup window long enough for her to know the drink in my mobile order.

Sunday morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a pumpkin pie. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Had to wait for 20 minutes of the drive through with people parked about backing into me for them to say it wasn’t ready yet. I was told to pull over into a spot for my Mc griddle which took another 20 minutes to get to me.
How is it possible that a fast food McDonald’s takes 40 minutes to get your food?!
