5 ⭐Today I went right before lunch so the restaurant had 5 people inside. I ordered 16 tacos & a tacos salad, all were made in a timely manner and the tacos were perfect. The tacos salad was super delicious , I hope they keep this on the menu permanently.

We told them their syrups were out for 2/3 of our drinks, and were only given 1 as a replacement. All three shells of our tacos were broken. Two of our burritos were wrapped in the wrong paper, so when we brought it up and got a remake we got attitude. They also took back the food I brought up, which is unfortunate for their health code standards. Hope it wasn’t served to somebody else because three sets of hands were all over it.
After the mistake was found out, the manager called us up to tell us that we messed up and “need to check every item next time.” Because obviously I want to manhandle everybody’s burrito in the bag.
Horrible attitudes. Abysmal servings. The worst customer service I’ve received in years. Do better or honestly just rehire an entirely new staff.

The Hardins
Just spent $30.00 on crap, nothing but the tacos were made right. It’s not brain surgery, you’d think they could manage making their food right. Crunchwrap supreme was only beef and cheese and look like someone sat on it. The five layer burritos had beens, cheese and sour cream. Last time I’ll be going to this location. Sad thing is the Taco Bell’s near me are all bad.

Ordered at Kiosk. Was immediately told there was a 40min wait. When i requested a refund i was told they could not refund me since i ordered at the kiosk. I asked where else I could have ordered from and she said well you can just call corporate.

The worst fast food establishment in America! Being very dramatic but this location can never get anything right! I have been coming here for yours because of the location but, I will be traveling out of the way from now on. If you want to wait 30 minutes for 3 items and for everything to be wrong this is the perfect location!!
