The employee taking the money was so apologetic about the wait time. I frowned and said, huh?? It wasn’t that long at all and it was dinner time so I expected a long wait. I even got to jump ahead in line because for some reason people don’t realize they have 2 ordering menus. Everyone waited in one line while I just passed them and went to line 2. Lol. I think the negative reviews are just people without brains. Great service. Will choose this location over north Versailles any day.

Absolutely ridiculous! They are open until 10pm on Wednesdays. I pulled up to order at the drive thru at 9:41pm. There were 3 cars total between pick up window and money window. They said they were CLOSED. They close anytime they feel like it NOT to mention all of the orders of the orders we have had messed up and order that were not complete. I live within walking distance, my son is obsessed with McDonald’s but I refuse to go back to this McDonald’s again. Fair warning, I highly recommend another food establishment choice if you are choosing fast food.

They were a little busy and my sons order was made incorrectly BUT they fixed it quickly and everyone I saw was trying their best despite how busy it was especially with the drive thru being jam packed. Staff was working as a team too to get the drive thru line moving.

They do not pay attention to the customers in line and orders take forever to be filled. I deliver for a delivery service and have to wait 45+ minutes to recieve my order for a $5 tip.

Gave us raw chicken. Went back and politely asked for a refund, the manager was extremely rude and almost didn’t give us anything our money back. This place needs investigated for safety. Could’ve made someone really sick. Never going here again.

They know me as the McChicken guy here. My favorite Mcdonald’s around. Fries are always hot, McChicken is always hot, nuggets always hot.. They put a lot of regular places to eat to shame. Excellent & speedy service, respectful workers and always a clean enviorment.
